    Oh I also finally found some pics to post.. So here goes. LOL.

    For whatever reason the forum refuses to post my pics as actual fucking pictures.. and after trying multiple ways I give the fuck up. Links will have to be clicked. Sorry.

    This is me last Easter 2011. Not at my heaviest of 176lbs, but close at around 170 lbs.



    This was me on 3/22/12.




    This is me the same day (4/2) as the first easter pics just this year (2012) instead.

    4/5 Update:

    Weight: 142

    Mood: 87 percent

    Went to bed last night at 10pm.. fell asleep within 30 min.. got up at 8:30am. Well, last night was a little better. I woke up twice I think during the night .. which is getting better. I did wake up wide awake at 5:30am. Which I just refuse to get up that early LOL. So I kind of laid around fading in and out until 6:30-7am.. then fell back asleep and woke up at 8:30am. Last night I did a 35 min CT shower. I also did some bodyweight exercises. I don't have weights and I'm more into functional fitness. So, I will probably be doing my own workouts or bodyrock workouts or pole dancing for my "weight lifting" days.. and then hooping and hopefully 1 day for sprints. I figure it's time to start working out again since I'm on the Post Leptin Rx now and it seems to be going well. I'm often still eating three meals, but I don't think it's a big deal. My calories are still probably around only 1300/day. Which is pretty low. I do seem to notice a trend that I lose weight on the day right after I've done some kind of workout. So, hopefully this will help me since I stalled out for quite some time there.

    I don't think I've been this low of a weight since I was about 22 yrs old! I'm excited. I can't wait to hit the 130's though! :)

    I will say that yesterday I did some planks and some squats. I did some reg squats and some plie ones. Like I used to do in ballet. I'm thinking of finding some ballet exercises online to refresh me on my dancing again. I had great legs from being a dancer for a few yrs. I really like their exercises. This must be what becoming LS means.. because I am not even sore. My legs feel a little tired.. like where I can tell I used them quite a bit, but not sore in any way. So that's awesome too. :)
