Looking for the best bio-hack for people with IOLs

    What is the answer for people like me who wear glasses and have IOLs in both eyes.
    For a little over a year I've found that a timed-released melatonin with 5-HTP greatly improved my sleep and reduced my day-time sleepiness.
    I've stopped taking it and now those symptoms are starting to come back.
    I'm sure that my workplace is flooded with blue light and when I've worn blue-blocking eyewear there I seem to feel more sleepy/tired.
    What are the best bio-hacks for my situation?
