I wonder if being on the swim team and water polo for three years could cause a chlorine overload/lithium deficiency along with a bromide overload/iodine deficiency that completely exacerbated with a chronic sodium dump?

I read somewhere that lithium can activate stem cells to grow new brain cells. Not sure what form of lithium was used.

I'm sure that it does do lots of really great things. I think it may just be a mismatch though. The lithocholic acid is only active during vitamin d activity. We have the opposite symptoms of nice vitamin d. Low vitamin d deactivates it, the way I remember. Its kind of like eating fructose.
