Has anyone compiled a list of supplements including dosage, reason for taking, and target range (if appropriate) that Jack has recommended?

I'm working on a spreadsheet of supplements recommended by Dr Gundry and Dr Bredesen and thought adding Jack's recommendations would be helpful. Part of my interest is in seeing the overlap in recommendations.

Huck are you sure youre listening to me? Supplements and Jack are like mixing oil and water.

I just reread you article on Leaky Gut and you recommended DGL and Aloe Vera. In your Prostate cancer webinar, you recommended several supplements.

    I'm seeing a mixed message.

Look at what the top ten supplement blog says......it says if you eat a paleo diet (nutrient depleted) you might need pills. If you eat Epi-paleo Rx you should not need anything.

When companies compete in business these days, they tend to borrow ideas and trends from each other. It’s one big, paranoid loop and it creates a culture of "oneness". It inhibits growth because there is a glass ceiling on being unique. You cannot let them happen to you in life with your health. Stop doing what everyone else thinks or calls healthy, because more often it is not. The current recommendations are made pills, supplements, and gym memberships for profit and not yourwell being. Nature requires none of these things for us or any wild living animal on this planet. So here’s my advice for you today: Look outward to nature and not toward today's experts. Turn away from your supplement industry, your guru's on TV and the internet, and venture beyond the business of healthcare for your inspiration to improve yourself. Just a random walk into nature is all you need.

Can I just ask for clarification. The supplements you sell in the store here, are they for specific protocols?

Sure.......there are two versions of people.....those who are well looking to optimize function and those who are sick who are in a hole. The first has zero uses for pills. The second may if the thermodynamics call for it.

The data continues to support my contention that taking supplements as a human is a losing proposition. Now it appears vegans have a lot more to consider in their religious dogma in their diets. B12 energy supplements seem to be causing lung cancer. I guess the kevlar vest wasn't so bulletproof after all. Get your B12 from seafood like caviar. Epi-paleo rule number one. https://www.theatlantic.com/health/archive/2017/08/b12-energy/537654/?utm_source=twb
