Light is capable of varying the charge density in organic molecules in your cells that define your life
If you focus on the fuel, and food, and neglect the fidelity of the engine you'll never understand how biology operates electronically. The tilt of the axis of the Earth is the source of all the quirkiness in circadian biology. This non-linear relationship should astound you. When you think about it.......really think about it as I have done for 15 years you begin to see how the process links the environment to cellular processes.

Circadian rhythms provide a selective advantage by anticipating organismal cyclic needs and guaranteeing optimal metabolic capacity during active hours when the sun is out. It is wholly dependent on the invisible parts of the terrestrial spectrum of the sun. If those hours are in the sun the clocks work differently if they are in the darkness and nocturnal. Impairment of circadian rhythms is associated with an increased risk of type 2 diabetes and emerging evidence suggests that metabolic diseases are linked to perturbed clock machinery and not the fuel source at cytochrome 1.

It appears that certain fuels operate the matrix better when cytochrome 1 is defective in recycling NAD+. That is it should not be carte blanche to vilify foods, as most LCHF people do. We have to stop blaming foods for what light causes. All food webs are linked directly back to the sun via photosynthesis. It should be the reason you learn more about the quantized cytochrome engines that are defective because of a broken circadian mechanism that happens due to your choices made of light used in your environment. When you realize this is all tied to our planet's tilt, you just fall back into a chair. This is the Black swan perspective. The circadian clock regulates many transcriptional–translational processes influencing whole-cell metabolism and particularly mitochondrial activity. It uses light variations to change the charge density of things DNA codes for to get the job done.

UV light thins your blood natural to improve flow and oxygen delivery to mitochondria. Sunlight reduces clotting but centralized healthcare keeps writting Rx's for meds and not sunlight. Anyone on a blood thinner is solar deficient = decentralized medicine axiom. In 15 years I have never seen a person on a blood thinner with a Vitamin D above 60 ng/dl. https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/19335448/

If your patient is balding (male or female) what does it tell the decentralized MD? It tells you their circadian mechanism in them is broken at some level. The pattern of baldness indicates if the positive or negative feedback loop is broken = BMAL1 vs PER1 or 2.
Few know that circadian clock genes are heterogeneously expressed in hair follicles (HFs). The genes can be modulated by both the central circadian system and some extrinsic factors, such as light and thyroid hormones. These circadian genes participate in the regulation of several physiological processes of HFs, including hair growth and pigmentation. On the other hand, because peripheral circadian genes are synchronized with the central clock (SCN), HFs provide a noninvasive and practical method for monitoring and evaluating multiple circadian-rhythm-related conditions and disorders among humans, including day and night shifts, sleep–wake disorders, physical activities, energy metabolism, and aging. However, due to the complexity of circadian biology, understanding how intrinsic oscillation operates using peripheral tissues only may be insufficient for a centralized clinician. When you combine understanding of light and dark cycles in biology with HF sampling with multidimensional assays such as detection of body temperature, hormone horblood samples, or certain validated questionnaires may be helpful in improving HF functioning. This is why diabetics all lose their hair on their affected limbs with PAD and neuropathy. It is a sign to pay attention to. Thus, HFs can serve as a critical model for monitoring the circadian clock and can help provide an understanding of the potential mechanisms of circadian-rhythm-related conditions for the decentralized clinician. Sunlight changes the charge density in HF to stimulate hair growth. This is why this symptom was mention in the FAQ blogs on the leptin Rx.

Now we know why cataract surgery is associated with hair loss in humans. The lens blocks many light frequencies. The light via your eyes causes hair loss if that light is man-made. In nocturnal mammals, we would expect blue light to stimulate hair growth and in diurnal mammals, we would expect UV and IR light to do it. Why? Nocturnal mammals have a scotopic retina and diurnal mammals have a photopic retina. So it is now clear if you had an intraocular implant if https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC6055137/

Light changes the charge density of blood. Water is a diamagnetic material. It makes up 93% of blood. Superconductors are considered perfect diamagnets. When water is energized by the visible spectrum it forms more coherent domains and acts more like a superconductor. This change in water in blood optimizes the size and shape of RBCs. Alien magnetic fields change the size and shape of RBCs

The heart has more mitochondrial density than any organ and because of this, it creates a huge magnetic field around our thorax.

De-oxygenated blood becomes attracted to magnetic fields.

The Hartmann number is the ratio of electromagnetic force to viscous force. The Hartman number rises with magnetic density. Magnetic flux density slows blood flow because blood is a magnetohydrodynamic fluid. PAD does the same. Alien Magnetic flux = slow RBCs flow

Deep implications? Spacetime & gravity has to emerge from something else. Why? Because of the incongruity present in relativity and quantum mechanics. It’s impossible to understand how Einstein’s gravity & the math of quantum mechanics can reconcile their longstanding incompatibility. Einstein’s view of gravity as the manifestation of spacetime geometry has been enormously successful in science. But quantum mechanics has also shared this success. QM describes the machinations of matter and energy on the atomic scale with unerring accuracy. It has been tested thousands of times and QM is undefeated. Attempts to find coherent math that accommodates quantum weirdness with geometric gravity, have met formidable technical and conceptual roadblocks. I believe both emerge from light, the electromagnetic force. We just have not realized it yet.

Quantum entanglement doesn’t happen in spacetime. Entanglement creates spacetime. Light creates entanglement. Entanglement arises from the connection between particles. https://news.mit.edu/2018/light-ancient-quasars-helps-confirm-quantum-entanglement-0820
