Leptin RX

  1. Hi everyone,

    I have been reading the Leptin RX and would like to know what a women who weighs 10st needs to lift as on the the Leptin RX page it says...

    I want most people lifting at 85-95 {a7b724a0454d92c70890dedf5ec22a026af4df067c7b55aa6009b4d34d5da3c6} of their maximum weight, 2-3 times a week.

    So I am not sure what I need to lift

  3. Many thanks for posting this up Jack. I listened to the whole recording yesterday but I didnt hear you mention what weights women should be using who are leptin sensitive, I have been doing all of the other stuff you mention in the recording for months now and would like to start incorporating heavy lifting but I want to be sure I am lifting the correct weight for my size.
