I am going to dread looking for a new car. Just saw a cute little 2009 Mazda Miata convertible for sale and man.....that is freeking temping but I have too many other expenses coming up the next couple of months to pay for a summer car. I would look good in that car too. ;)

That's a thought.....I am insanely busy with my job lately and lamenting that I am having to leave early instead of taking my morning sun! So frustrating!!! Ideally I want to have until 10am at home so I have time for CT, breakfast and sun. Right now that is not happening and I'm getting annoyed about it.

I made some halibut bone broth in the fall, and today I took out 1/2 gallon of it to reduce down to a really rich stock. Put it back in the fridge because I was busy at a fire dept. event tonight but I'm thinking breakfast will be a nice seafood soup.

You can be busy but still have some personal me time to raise dopamine and maybe some more oxytocin...........make time for it. I think it would be a wise choice.

Yes sir! I will tell my work that I have a prescription for endogenous oxytocin....lol
What raises my dopamine the most, honestly, is being able to spend my mornings at home in my yard and garden, barefoot and bare assed. The cool weather stretch we've been having seems to be ending so time to get the CT tank scrubbed out and ready...nothing like basking in the sun in my tub!

Tomorrow I get to meet up with Kim Hill! Always fun to meet someone from the forum/QH group in person, PLUS she is bringing me my Delancy print from NOLA, yay! :D

  10. You are so right... I also love meeting people you see almost every day in the forums, but never met in person! London summit was also great in that respect. What a pity that you guys from US/ Canada are too far away for a quick "jump over the pond" But I hope we meet too in person soon:)

Yes, I would have enjoyed meeting everyone both at the London event and the cruise last year! Luckily I've had the chance to meet most of our 'Canadian crew' and a few others so far....

I loved meeting people from here last summer!

It was a great birthday present from my husband... NOLA is one of our favorite getaways.

I've never heard of an Osteopath. I too have tight hips and psoas muscle, and chronic lower back stiffness. I've been to different kinds of physiotherapy, chiro, massage and back specialists, but nothing seems to help. I do have adrenal fatigue, which I believe is connected to my hip/back issues. I'm working on improving now with sun and seafood etc., however I'm wondering if your Osteopath visit gave lasting improvement. I've had physio treatment that would help for only a day or two. Thanks.

it didn't give lasting improvement, but only because (I think) I haven't been back since the first treatment. I think if I can go once a week for a series of treatments it will definitely be long lasting. I have a bad habit of prioritizing other things over my self care. Thanks for reminding me to make another appointment!
