Lemon depletes deuterium. How about using an essential oil?

I wonder if adding one (or more?) drop(s) of lemon (or lime) essential oil to say a plain fatty natural yogurt (eg Greek style) would be beneficial, in terms of deuterium depletion? (I suggest yogurt, as the oil would get evenly dispersed, as opposed to adding it to water.) Thanks a lot for any comments/suggestions.

It is not lemon and it is the Vitamin C.........and the references have been in the blogs. Clearly you are not reading them.
