    Hello all,

Was wondering if we could create a list of the least expensive hacks available.

    Here are some of mine:

    ~Chi Kung in Nature
    ~Home Made FIR sauna
    ~Cold Exposure training

    Do you mean Qi Gong?

Baking soda - a pinch in your water and if you have a heavy duty workout, 1 tsp in water after working out - also, in the shower, rub epsom salts and baking soda on your body and leave it on for awhile - then turn the shower to full blast cold - the baking soda will heat you up so much you will actually want the water to be cold:)

Face dunking in ice cold water - absolutely energizing -

This is where I got the idea

This is the configuration I used initially, the magnetic one on the egg shaped container

I initially did set them up a specific way on a 5 gallon jug, since then, I have been haphazard with setup. Any configuration eliminated all cramping in a relatives legs, removal of the magnets from the water source corresponded to the cramping returning, polarity was not a factor I could measure without running labs and more stringent testing. Play around with it

Could you elaborate a little bit more about Qi Gong... I have been researching about Tai Chi and all that and seems like an interesting way to move. Have you actually seen any tangible benefit from it?

    Too much to elaborate!

I've been practicing for about 10 years, still haven't scratched the surface.

Tangible benefits: better mood, better energy, more calm, more loving, better sex, longer sex, quiet mind, etc...

Jump into Tai Chi with both feet. Spend some time looking for a great teacher, they can save a lot of trial and errors.

Also, depends on your goals. There is martial, spiritual, and health styles of Chi Kung. Start with the health styles as they lead into the others nicely.

I see you are in the UK, look up Damo Mitchell over there for seminars and materials, he's legit.

Here's a hack I did today for my acupuncture session:

Before: 18 hour fast > 1 hour naked AM sun > hot/cold alternating shower > coconut oil
During: 4mg nicotine gum > Wim hof breathing/breath holds
After: FIR Sauna > cold bath w Epsom salts and lavender/menthol oils
