Giving your kids deuterium laced drugs because you did not give them an outdoor life is a key lesson here. When you found that giving them deuterium laced foods calmed them initially and provided them an environment that blocked them from removing deuterium which demolished their sleep cycles because of a destroyed circadian mechanism. ADHD is a deuterium disease at Krebs bicycle in the matrix that causes heteroplasmy to rise because of the collateral damage in the TCA and urea cycles and can bring kids close to psychotic. Most are clueless why it occurs and the medical paradigm is wrong about why it happens because they clearly do not know nnEMF, blue light, and WiFi in homes and school causes deuterium collection in the matrix of the brain and blocks CSF clearance at the same time. The best cure.......is sunlight effect via UV-A light.
ADHD is a deuterium collection problem in the wrong places in cells in the neocortex and CSF. We need to keep it in the blood plasma. We capture too much in the matrix of the neocortex because of the event/environment we allow and we clear too little in CSF due to altered sleep cycles (which sequentially remove it) and the net effect is too much deuterium in neocortical grey and this causes the symptoms. I covered this in today's release of the 2018 May webinar. So what is the move to greatness with ADHD? When do we see sunrises with our shoes off daily guess what improves? Sleep improves because the clearance of deuterium in the 4 sleep cycles and REM improves. ADHD is a lot like TB, it is a disease of darkness that people use blue light to solve while burying the sun. Understanding how the transition of IR to UV is critical to understanding how cells control the movements of different forms of hydrogen in us. What does the sleep cycle get rid of for us? Deuterium. It gets rid of it via apoptosis when it is in the matrix where it should not be. If you want to help your ADHD get out in the sun a lot when blue and redhead into the UV-a transition........every AM. https://returntonow.net/2017/11/21/texas-school-beaths-adhd-tripling-recess-time/

My partner was diagnosed with ADHD when he was 8. His mum fed him dex-amphetamines, she worked in pharmacy at the time and didn't know any better. This was in the 90's, he was an outdoors kid.
Our baby, almost 9months old, is hyper active to the max. He's been standing and walking along things since 7.5mths, he never stops. Should I be waking him to see the first sunlight, grounded? He is waking at least 4 times a night still for breastmilk. I'd love your opinion.

Dr. Andreas Kalcker – Can Autism & Other Diseases Be Healed By Getting Rid Of Parasites Hidden Deep Within The Body? – Extreme Health Radio

Is there any relationship between autism and add or ADHD?
Both Autism and ADHD are highly inherited diseases. According to strong evidence, there exists an overlap between autism and ADHD in terms of brain function and structure. Recently, several studies have suggested that autism and ADHD may share the same genetic susceptibility.

We are currently in the canary islands, would you know the best time for UV-a transition in the AM?

My son when he was born was also breastfed a couple times per night - I went nuts from the sleep deprivation - the cure? I went out to the motorhome to sleep for 3 weeks... daddy slept through it and my son finally started sleeping through the night - he was a bed wetter though - he had received my deuterium load because I was much less hyper after I birthed him... if my husband walked into the bedroom, he would ignore him and cry until his "well played" mother tended to him... I have also noticed this phenomena with my spoiled rotten pets also:)

Feed your son seafood - then get him into the sun - many signals will start working after that - get rid of wifi/blue light/stimulus at night - my husband would start dimming the lights when they went to bed - t.v. is the last thing you want your kid to watch at night... the seafood acts as an amazing antioxidant - outside and grounded is very helpful - you want to have food/sunlight/physical activity during the day and cold dark and boring at night - bed time stories work well here...

Remember those days at the beach when you got home and slept like a log? This is what you want to emulate - sunrise would be great for him me thinks:) Go for a walk at sunrise or just play outside - at my grandmother's house, we would always eat outside - they lived such a natural life...

I should have added that I have been following Jack for some time now. I feel I only got pregnant from following what he does, I'm 43 and had 2 kids 21 and 23 years ago.
He is not exposed to any screens, even TV. He may have glimpsed the computer screen occasionally. We don't have phones near him and leave them outside when turned on. NO WIFI in the house, laptop is hardwired. We are outside at least 70% of the day (weather permitting) and he eats outside too, and I breast feed him outside whereever possible...weather hasnt been the best lately but I still attempt to get out there everytime. We walk every sunset. I keep my computer use to a minimum, eat organic, seafood at least 4 times a week. I ground him through me everyday when we walk as well as play on the ground outside for at least 2hours (up to 6hours) everyday.
We also have blue blocking lights in the house and I only use a red light at night.
Cyril Bourke came out and did an EMF assessment on the house and we also have 4 Stetzerizer's in the house...I need to get more but cant afford, this house is wired horribly.
He's also quite advanced for his age - 1 to 2 moths ahead in all respects. He is unvaccinated so far too. I have a gene mutation - C677T hetero - and we want to test him for that hoping to get an exemption but we don't like our chances with the current climate around this. I reacted to the MMR as a baby myself.
I keep the light circuits off during the day as well as night once we go to bed. One power circuit is turned off before bed too. I think there's more but tht's all I have time for right now while he's asleep.

    He's SO cute!

Oh - I know who you are - you are that lady in Australia who was 43 - spent 2 hours a day in the morning outside and voila - woke up pregnant one day... :)
So, you are similar to me - my guess honestly - because I had my first kid at 38 and my second one at 40 - while I was incredibly wiped out and hypoxic - they were both born on their due dates and I had zero problem getting pregnant - BUT - I was half way through my life and thus my mitonchondrial heteroplasmy (damage) was way higher than someone half my age - so I would guess that we both donated a lot of deuterium to our kids... that being said - what the hell to do about it? You are just gonna half to tighten up more - I would recommend the cold - honestly - nothing beats it for heteroplasmy - think - giant spaces between cytochromes that shrink when you get cold - I knew someone who when they were little only took cold baths because they were afraid of hot water - never got sick - in the Siberian Times there was an article on how they got their students healthy - they would run them around the gym - they would put on their bathing suits and go outside and dump ice cold water over their heads - for like a couple of minutes - every kid that did it got healthier - try to make it fun -- a family cold water challenge - a slippy slide - a cold plunge - doesn't have to go on for a long time - I would not vax him - I wouldn't vax anyone...:)

Liver and mushrooms contain lots of B vitamins - not sure if you eat that if it goes into the breast milk - and I am assuming you are feeding him regular food ? I knew someone years ago who came here from Asia - she used to put cooked fish, potatoes, carrots in a blender and feed her son that for baby food - he turned out great - a very large guy:)

He looks like he is getting enough food:) His clock could still be off - try the sunrise and also try feeding him seafood for his last meal of the day -

Thanks so much for all your advice! Makes sense! Yes that's me. I got locked out of my other account - Amber Ament - so started another - 2hrs naked!! and the rest of the day gardening.
My worst nightmare - cold!! haha, I am not good at that one at all. Looks like I'm gunna have to buy some big girl panties and give it another go cause sleep deprivation is killing me. I do mushrooms everyday, never liver -. He's getting solids - starting fish this week. Not super fussed about solids yet though, but also cutting 2 top teeth, got 2 a week before he turned 6mths.
I am still not absorbing sun and iron well...possible IBD to investigate still. Bub's iron levels were checked a couple of months ago, and thyroid and they are perfect. Ok time to give COLD a go and take on your other suggestions. Thanks so much. :)

I just happened to have another thought - I think the water in AU is awful - I think there was a guy that was importing deuterium depleted water but I think he died - it's all so vague these days:) Anyway, deuterium depleted water would be great - but in lieu of finding it - very expensive - you might try juicing - since it's all been through photosynthesis - bone broth might be a great move for him also - i.e. don't go crazy with deuterium loaded foods and maybe gradually he could detox - like the GAPS diet kind of thing - for you - I am getting insanely cool results with chlorine dioxide - you might try it -

Yep, I'm a canary. Water is poison here. :( We're on tank water so no added fluoride at least. I have no clue what to do about water situation, can't afford to buy.

    Water is poison here.
    Define, describe that poison.

Chlorine Dioxide (ClO2) is an excellent water sanitizer, (AND MUCH MORE)

Well, do the best you can with what you have - JK has a post on his linkedin about Lavendar resets the hypothalamus - so, the idea here is to put some lavendar essential oil on your son or in his room which would be calming - the other idea I had is chamomile tea - safe for children and great at knocking one out to sleep more - does he suck his thumb? He needs to soothe himself to go back to sleep without you - and you need sleep - so either a pacifier or a thumb (you can't lose your thumb:) or even a bottle of chamomile tea - you need to sleep priority #1 - you can get some Ohropax ear plugs which - believe me - drown out ALL sound...:) Even go outside and pitch a tent so you can sleep through the night and he can learn to put himself back to sleep... having been totally "played" by both my children - I implore you to save yourself:) Happy New Year:)

One more thing that might help both his sleep and detox - add Epsom Salts and baking soda to his baths - I wish I had known about that trick years ago:) Hope this helps:)

    may help some.
Actually, today is my second day drinking DDW-25 fortified with Chlorine Dioxide (ClO2)

Thank you for the link you posted.

It opened a whole new world for me.

Are you using Chloride Dioxide, or familiar with how to make it?
    I have made it twice.
    I have a testing strips.
It comes much much stronger than I was expecting.
    Trying to figure things out.

The two left strips are what came out. I read it as 3000ppm
The middle strip is pure DDW-25
The two right strips are from mix (one part of yellow water plus nine parts of pure water)(total ten parts.
I read it as 250ppm, so the original water has 10*250=2500ppm
    I was expecting about 30ppm
    what gives?
Look at the label, it says 30ppm

Janz - how are you making it? Are you using the instructions on the bottle? I.e. 3 drops of each in a mixing cup, wait one minute toss into 4 oz water and yo ho drink it up:) Or are you using this protocol:

From what I have been able to discern, the water absorbs and gets saturated with the gas given off (smells like bleach actually:) when you mix them both together - doing Dr. Kalker's protocol - haven't figured out why he does that twice - but I will in the next couple days - good find a measuring stick - all I know is if I have a stomache ache, the pain is gone really soon after I take it - there are many protocols on his web site - I want to know where to find his book Bye Bye Covid and the other one he wrote in English -

Are you sticking a small glass cup in the center of a hinged mason jar, filling it with a liter of water and sticking it closed in a cabinet? Not sure what you are doing with your setup...
  19. JanSz

    JanSz Gold

Yes. I cut 1" long piece from the bottom of bottle and use it as a floating cup.

Look at the pictures I posted.
The jar that has chrome funnel in it, has 1.5 liter volume.
After all is in, I cover the jar with saran wrap, put rubber bands over and all into refrigerator.
All look finished within less than an hour, but I let it stand in refrigerator till next day.

Eventually I will have to make 4oz only to be exactly as written on the label, and then do the testing.

So far, I have made the water twice. Each time I made one liter.
For me one liter is two half litter bottles, so that is the convenience side.
Also, on the long run I am planning to follow his (Protocol C), hence one liter daily.
Please look at post #384 to see details.
Aging is Not a Disease, Damn It! | Page 20 | Jack Kruse Optimal Health Forum
The only iffy assumption that I can see is my use of a volume of one drop that I use in calculations.

    My one liter setup.
Planned daily consumption one liter of 30ppm
From other place, do not swallow density greater than 30ppm
    3 drops give 4 ounces of 30ppm
    1 liter=34 ounces
34/4*3=25.5 drops of A and 25.5 drops of B for daily dose of 1 liter(30ppm)

Drop to Cubic Centimeter Conversion (drop to cm³) (conversion-metric.org)

    25.5 drops = 1.653736 cm³
    Use syringe to measure
    Going by the label:
3 drops of each in the 4oz water results in 30ppm water.

I made it exactly the way Andreas said to make it in the video. Used a shot glass inside the hinged jar. I keep it in the fridge (or in the cooler in the trunk of my car while on a one week road trip) and about two weeks later the water is still yellow and strong smelling (chlorine smelling as you say).

He does that twice to increase the strength, so that when you put 10 ml of CDS in a liter of water you get the optimal dose.
