    Thanks, Colleen for the advice.

My HCG life has been a bit of a roller coaster the last 3 days. On Friday, I threw the HCG in my purse after injection. Why? Who knows. Went to look for it Saturday and it took me over an hour to finally find it in my purse. Ugh. So I had to mix a new amount and now that I understand your mixing instructions better, I did it your way with more fluid. I also decided to go up 10iu to see if that would help. But. . .that was probably one too many changes. I totally wasn't thinking and injected 175iu instead of 135. Oops. Actually didn't cause much of a difference, but I did drop down to 135iu the next day (Sunday).

Then on Saturday, we made chili (tomatoes, broth, tomoto paste and spices), but something was wrong. After I ate it, I was uncomfortably full and sure enough the next day I was up 3 pounds.( So on Sunday, no chili, but I used the same meat in a broth soup and the meat had been seasoned pre-chili. I ended up feeling the same full feeling again! So it's got to be the spices (chili powder, garlic salt, onion powder). I'm worried they had MSG. They were from an asian grocery store. All other ingredients were from Whole Foods.

Today, I'm swearing off all spices and eating clean so back to feeling mildly hungry. I've been on 135iu for 2 days. Thinking I should try 150iu and see if it gets better. I am slightly less hungry at 135iu than 125iu. Hungrier in the morning than at night.

It would have been okay, honey. It can be out about 4 days and still be okay. It does sound like you maybe should bump your dose a bit.

I always gain on that chili. There's something about tomato and beef together that does me in. And remember tomato paste is loaded with sugar. It's got more than just 1 tomato in it.

Thanks!! I have been eating cleanly for 8 days and was SO looking forward to that chili, but you are totally right. It's not worth it. Back to salt and pepper, protein and side salads. :) Thanks for your support. (Can't help but wonder if you ever have a "retirement party" how many people would attend?? Probably need a ballroom and it would be standing room only!)

  4. What she said. It's only a few bites of food - might as well go clean as possible and power through. Let's face it, you don't want it to taste so good you want more right? ;)

I was really kinda done with my chewy bland chicken.

On an interesting note, I have become an apple addict since the hcg. I think there is some magic in them there apples.

Hmmmmmn. . .need to switch to apples. Very bored with oranges. On another topic, is it normal to see my sex life go from 0 to 100??? I am out of control. My husband doesn't know what's gotten in to me. :)

I LOVE Pink Lady apples. It's dessert all by itself. :)

Not planning on retiring though. I love helping people find a new thin life. :)

Thank you Colleen. I do need to get my hormones looked at and after my last dr. visit I realize I need a new dr. for that. I will be making the appt. I was very keto for awhile and it didn't make a bit of difference. I am truly thinking I wasn't on enough progesterone cream to knock out my estrogen but my doc doesn't buy it. Actually, she told me to exercise. 5 lbs in a month and exercise is going to fix it! What was your experience with progesterone initially?

Sorry K. to be hacking your thread.

I love progesterone. Totally changed my life. :) No migraines now. I started feeling better pretty quickly on it. The swelling went out of my legs too. Great stuff!
