    Thank you so much David for sharing your story and for taking the time to get in touch. Sorry it has taken me so long to reply.

    So pleased to read that you’ve made such wonderful progress and reclaimed your health.. recovery stories always give me such hope that I can get there too.

    Your journey sounds so familiar in terms of dealing with fear, trust and self belief... this year has been huge for me in terms of finding refuge in being able to let go and in giving up the internal battle against the symptoms and what impact this has had on our lives. I have a different perspective now and, (for the most part, at least!) I’m able to see this whole experience as just part of the adventure of life. I have learnt so much from all this, and much more to come which is exciting. I’m able to appreciate the ‘good in the bad’ and to drop the resistance to whatever life throws up, much more easily :)

    Update / notes / etc..

    - Introduced Red Light Therapy 660/850 wavelength 3 weeks ago.
    Building up slowly as initially caused huge increase in tinnitus and left me wired at night. Tolerating two sessions of 5 mins well
    now, at mid morning and early afternoon.

    - Keto going well. Hunger between meals and ‘desperation hunger’ in the evenings has completely gone.. so has the feeling of being permanently stressed (stressed feeling only occurred after ovulation and until menstruation last month)

    - noise tolerance still a big issue, particularly first thing and later in the day

    - sleeping really well.. still knocked out upon waking with usual paralysis type feeling in body

    - not tolerating very cold water well for face dunks.. brain freeze and if I submerge my hands..lots of instant pain.. need to read more on CT in general, or prehaps ease off a little for now.

    - Pain and swelling in lymph nodes has settled.

    - Tolerating rosemary and garlic well..

    - Considering swopping Grapefruit Seed Extract for Oil of Oregano (for biofilms)

    - Hormones were much worse last month..big increase in cramping pain and bloating from day 10 of cycle, through to day 3 of the next one.. severe back pain and other constant random stabbing type pains, mainly in extremities, legs and neck, which died down as my period ended. Feeling extremely stressed during this phase. I am back to wearing maternity clothing.. the Christmas party gear will be gathering dust for another year it seems!
    - considering a DUTCH Test to look into hormone situation more closely.

    - Deuterium. Deuterium. DEUTERIUM! ...constantly calling my attention and is where im headed

    - In the process of cutting out around half of my supplements..

    omitting slowly: magnesium citrate, l carnitine, bovine adrenal extract, b12, b1, licorice, SAMe, molybdenum, potassium, multi vitamin, pau de arco

    Keep for now?: Lactoferrin, vitamin C, vit D, vit K2, pregnenolone, grapefruit seed extract or oil of oregano, charcoal (when experiencing detox symptoms), progesterone drops,

    - thinking to hold fire on RO system and purchase some DDW instead.. have looked at Preventa but confused on which PPM to get. do I go as low PPM as I can afford? Have assumed so. Consider Qlariva too.

    - look at SNPs and SAPs

    - currently feeling more sleepy tired during the daytimes.. almost a little ‘drugged’ like I’ve taken a sleeping tablet.. worsens through the day and I’m needing bed by 7pm.

    For me
    the bottom line of this video
    is the idea
    that most may not need to drink DDW
    or drink minimal amounts (and big part of that may be a good vine instead of water).

    Drinking (any drinking) of water thru the mouth
    prevents
    better water from being manufactured in the matrix area of your mitochondria
    AND
    deprives you from benefiting from the IR energy that body makes during water manufacturing process.

    Thanks Jansz.. so you feel give wine that is deterium depleted a go first? I havent drunk any alcohol for the past 5 years as just the smallest amounts would make me so unwell.. but I've progressed alot since then, so I'll give that some thought.

    Hi Jen. I don't know where you are in the UK but I'm just North of London and my fishmonger can nearly always get me great Jersey Oysters.

    Hey matt, I'm West Mids .. so about as land-locked in the UK as you can get. The only fishmogers available locally are within supermarkets - my dear mom has tried numerous ones, both locally to her and to me, but with no joy as yet. We don't have a indipendant fish-monger locally unfortunately.

    Update:

    Deuterium

    So I bit the bullet and got my Deuterium levels tested at the Centre for Deuterium Depletion
    - intial test levels (early March 2019):
    Breath 150.3PPM
    Saliva: 153.1PPM
    Depletion factor: 1.8% (ideal is 7.5% and above)
    ATP production factor: 10.8 (ideal range is 50-70)

    ..so pretty grim (as expected! :(). Dr Q advised I go for more blood work at my GP's to look for cancer markers. This has been ruled out.

    Advised to drink 25PPM DDW + deuterium depleting breathing mask and high fat diet, which i've been doing for 2.5 months now
    due to retake the Deuterium level test in early July.

    Ketosis

    Caught a virus early January which took me 6 weeks to get back to my baseline health levels and threw me out of ketosis - have found it impossible to get back in - attempted until end of April but was concerned with the amount of weight gain (2 stone in 4 months), so am now on a LCHF diet and the addition of some carbohydrates seems to be suiting me better. I do think the pyschological stress of our situation / dealing with these symptoms and trying to implement and maintain a keto diet whilst remaining bedbound didn't help - too much adrenaline / cortisol maybe.

    Progress / Changes

    - Have moved from bed-bound to mostly housebound again. I feel like the DDW is giving me an edge.
    - I dropped a load of supplements but did add in ActivAMP - which I also feel is helping
    - recovering much quicker from crashes (post exertional malaise)
    - continuing with Red Light Therapy twice daily and as much sunlight, esp early morning as possible
    - Somatic movement / feldenkraise / gentle yoga daily - are helping my stress levels considerably
    - noise tolerance is a little improved
    - 'brain' tinnitus is less extreme
    - some episodes of extremly high inflammation / high histamine (slump phases) which affect my sleep (wired at night) but these do not last a long (2-6 days now, rather than permanently being in those states with hardly little relief)
    - still feel very knocked out in the mornings
    - aiming for 2 saunas a week and am tolerating 20 mins well now, with a cold shower afterwards :)
    - tolerating cold water in general better - I eased off and built up slowly with the face-dunks and shower temperatures
    . Hormones still a nightmare - cramping and back pain from around day 10 through to my period at day 29 - although for the past two cycles, I've felt much less 'stressed' during this phase. Still have episodes of overwhelming depression / low motivation and feelings that I cannot take it anynire - but they are definately reduced somewhat.
    - cognitive symptoms still poor - confusion / forgetfulness / memory
    - still need to look at SNPs and SAPs but struggling too much cognitavly to make any sense of what I do come across
    - increase in other brain symptoms - vision is often fuzzy / wobbly and i'm having strange tingling / tickly sensations shoot through my brain
    - unable to tolerate hardly any screen time ..double-edged sword really .. body can't cope with it, mind wants to as I signed up to Jack's patreon, but am unable to read it
    - big increase in feeling 'hungover' ovee the past 3-4 weeks
    - huge amounts of gas and wind in the afternoons / evenings for the past 5 weeks - am considering some digestive enzymes
