HI Jansz, Just a thought from looking at your spectracell, Have you thought of taking methylfolate instead of folic acid and maybe a sublingual b12?

Maybe you're overthinking this a bit? nature doesn't operate in tests and labs.... that's my answer to the fatty acid situation

I eat what I'm supposed to evolutionarily and call it a day. Maybe I have too many other problems but fatty acids are pretty low on my priority list other than eat plenty of seafood. You can pick stuff apart until you're blue in your face and are supplementing a hundred thousand things.... you'll still be missing some and getting too much of others. B/c it's not how we were intended to eat.

    Correct,

    instead it uses natural selection.

If you look again at my Fatty Acids,

I concluded that recently I ate too much of coconut oil and not enough olive oil.

Wonder if that conclusion is correct?

    --------------

Fatty Acids are basic stuff of life.
