    I’ll have a look. Thanks for the recommendation. Yes, I was a professional football player and since I retired I have developed a movement practice under the guidance of Ido portal I usually practice 3-4 hrs per day

    follow Brent Patrick ..... He has a great grasp on all of this and has recommended a book on Flotation. I bought it but haven't had a chance to look at it yet.

    So I’ve now rearranged 6/7 mornings to start work at 11am or after. This meant this morning i could wake up with the sunrise then make my way down to this natural pool for a dip. Looking forward to this new morning routine more often

    so im 5 days in and have not missed a sunrise and today managed to get a sunset in also. im not hanging my hat on that by any means but its a great start. I've also got my girlfriend in on it on the days she can manage and also got her in the ocean with me the other morning even tho she hates the cold..(born in Cuba and grew up in Colombia). I worry for her at times with all im reading here as she is a Dr at one of the major hospitals here as a registrar completing physician training at the moment on the path to becoming a cardiologist. the amount of study time at the computer, night shifts and shifts that basically keep her inside all day so its been great for both of us.

    im not sure what causes it but ill let you know what reverses it when It happens. stay tuned :)

    I am currently listening to the CT Talk and @Jack Kruse mentions that Aussies could drink RO Water as a better source of water for us. I don't yet have an RO filter but I do have access to one at a local organic shop refilling 2 litre glass bottles. question is does adding Himalayan salt add any benefit? in terms of re mineralising the water or am I best to run this thru the gravity filter I have at home which has the mineral rocks in the bottom of the filter?

    So the more I read, listen to podcasts with Jack the more things like this start smacking me in the face. This is the facility I currently work out of. working towards a more optimal environment to teach from.

    I have gotten well into the routine of waking up at sunrise eating within 30 minutes of waking then riding my bike down to the beach and jumping in the ocean for 20 minutes or more. following that ill go home and lay out in the sun to dry off and read whatever book im reading at the moment. currently the movnat book that Caroline suggested to me.

    I train a little outdoors and then lunchtime I train Brazilian jiu jitsu at my martial arts school.

    usually ill start work at around 2pm and finish by 7 sometimes 8 pm.

    I've switched to predominantly eating seafood and reduce my intake of carbohydrates. I was drinking kombucha regularly but have scrapped this.

    im doing cold thermogenesis in a tub 50-55 degrees Fahrenheit for 20 min 3 -4 nights a week post dinner and before bed which is helping me sleep a lot.

    still so much to work on. so much to learn so much to apply. its playing a long term game and making changes as fast as possible.

    im feeling positive. its early days

    so I've been a platinum member with @Jack Kruse about 20 days now. I wanted to recap for myself how far ive come already as its easy to always see the next goal or outcome and not stop and reflect

    since then I have

    not missed a sunrise and actually started waking up around this time before my alarm goes off on a few occasions

    ride my bike to the beach and jump in for 10-20 min
    have actually got my girlfriend doing this with me which is great as she is a Dr and working in the hospital blue light and night shifts on occasions.. ive noticed a much better mood from her when she does night shift but jumps in the ocean after coming home.

    cold thermogenesis 3-5 ays per week

    re arranged my work schedule to allow more time in AM sunlight I spend about 45 min each morning reading in the sun

    wearing ra optics glasses at night and when working from my computer.

    eating a lot more seafood

    listened to Gerald pollocks podcast on the rewild podcast. had to listen twice blew my mind

    ordered the book the body electric which is on its way to me in the mail

    feeling upbeat and noticing more energy without needing to rely heavily on caffeine

    Jack I love your brutal honesty and speaking your truth.

    I have been listening to all the recent podcasts webinars and Q and A

    I've taken the not wasting my time completely on board and looked in every area of my life that I'm wasting time.

    made quite some changes in the last 2 days in regards to my work and the direction I want to take it which is completely on a different path tHan what I was on but is what is true to the dream I have for my life.

    continuing to read / listen and applying is the key

    have started buying imported water as I live in Perth Western Australia and after listening to the podcast ive gone all in

    are there any other Aussies buying what water?

    ive been getting
    Icelandic glacier water

    are there any others that are good?

    for ankylosing spondylitis should I spend the money on DDW from a company that does this or are these imported waters enough?

    Have not posted here in a while. I recently had someone come around to test my home and was quite surprised by a few findings. one of the things I have done since is turn the power off to the house from the circuit board at night when going to sleep as the electric fields at the head of the bed coming from the wall was over 1000mv. ive started waking up feeling rested for the first time in a long time and don't find myself getting to pee in the middle of the night anymore
