Is order of Importance?

    As of 1 19 22 Are these top 10 still up to date in Order of Importance?

    I think took these notes (below) from the interview notes Joe Cohen of Self hacked wrote about his Interview with Dr.Jack Kruse and notes others took that I found online about the interview.

    Are these still Dr. Kruse’s in order of importance?

    1. SUNLIGHT and LIGHT - Taken in the correct ways!

    2. Circadian Rhythm

    Light viewing behavior has the biggest influence on Circadian Rhythm.

    We need to get bright light into the eyes first thing in the morning,
    Sun and then full spectrum lighting.

    It does two things it triggers healthy levels of cortisol which promotes wakefulness and the ability to focus throughout the day. It also sets a timer for the onset of Melatonin the sleep hormone to be produced later in the day. Melatonin is inhibited by light. So, by viewing morning light these two timers are set, the one, for wakefulness which begins at once and one, to produce sleepiness later after sunset.

    Natural blue light early in the day is what you want 2 to 10 minute minimum
    up to 2 hours maximum is optimal!


    3. DHA

    4. Limiting blue light

    5. Water (spring water)

    6. Sleep

    7. Cold

    8. Psychological Stress

    9. Exercise

    10. Diet

    I personally have two other criteria on my personal list of importance.

    Speaking of nnEMF
    other than the reasons @Jack Kruse gives
    there may be another rather important reason for avoiding nnEMF.
    Or rather the reason why some of us are suffering in a more obvious way than most.
    parasites, worms, tiny and large, nanometers and centimeters
    some if not most of them have large metallic content, that would make them useful, the metals are collected from our bodies.
    But when their host (the human) is within a magnetic field that disturbs them, they move around and make the human miserable, not able to sleep, psychologically affected (when they get into nervous system).

    I posted about that a thread:

    hoping to get Jacks view about that.

    Freedom and sovereignty would be on the list and would be right behind sunlight. What good is anything without freedom or time?
