I think I have seen here claims that melanin does both, associate, and disassociate water.
    Any truth to that?
I would like to get a better handle on both sides of water equation
    amount of energy
where it comes from (I am talking about 4e-)(they say it comes from photons (which is light) (red arrow pointing right)
    where it goes
when melanin is near water molecule and does its thing (breaking water apart).
    who have given energy up
    who have gained energy

I think it is coming from photons (as stated)
I would like to direct attention to the ELEPHANT
which would be the other reaction,
the reaction that ends up with 1350 KWh/day at rest (you could light a good size city with that energy).

    The paper talks about
    2H2O ------->> 2H2 + O2 + 4e-
it sneaks in equation with two arrows
    2H2O ↔ 2H2 + O2 + 4e-

I must be missing something important, patience, please.

  2. The Human Photosynthesis by Dr. Aruro Solis Herrera MD, PhD in Pharmacology.
The idea represented in this formula:
Melanin unfolds water. Melanin oxidizes water and reduces oxygen.

It is the process of breaking and reforming of the water molecules is an oxidize-reduction reaction. Water is oxidized (loses a hydrogen) then oxygen gets reduced (wins a hydrogen).

The H2O molecule acts as proton-transfer medium in four types of biochemical reactions: oxidation, reduction, hydrolysis, and condensations.
    • The transport of protons in water is anomalously high.
    • Water molecules can orient their oxygen towards an ion while repelling anions.
The photo system of melanin energizes the removal of electrons and the generation of proton gradient. This electrons transference generates a positively charged giver and a negatively charged taker. It is the formation of two oppositely charged species. The oxidant agent is electron deficient and can take in electrons. The other component having an extra electron makes the reducing agent. With each single transference, the electron gets nearer to melanin’s reaction center. The positively charged part of melanin is reduced, which prepares the reaction center for another photon’s absorption. A second photon’s absorption sends a second electron alongside this path negatively charged melanin towards first and second quinone molecule (Q1 and Q2), this second molecule absorbs two electron and combines with two protons.

Protons used in this reaction could come from the melanin molecule itself or from the surrounding water, causing a descending in the photo system’s hydrogen ionic and molecular concentration, which helps in the forming of a proton gradient.

The estimated redo potential of quinone’s oxidized form is approximately +1.1 V, which is strong enough to attract the strongly tied low energy electrons from the water molecule (redo potential +0.82).

Protons produced by photolysis are released where they are integrated into the protons gradient.

The production of an O2 molecule requires removing four electrons from two water molecules. Removing these four electrons requires absorbing four photons, one for each electron. Electron’s transference releases energy, which is used to set up a protons gradient.

Melanin absorbs all wavelengths of electromagnetic energy, including visible and invisible light energy, and dissipates this absorbed energy by means of water dissociation and its consequent reformation. Thank you.

    Not sure;
but I think you are saying that
melatonin (with help of EMF) acts on water and breaks it into O and H.
melatonin does not do anything when near hydrogen and oxygen.
Do I understand that (at least directionally) correctly?
Does that process uses energy or produces energy?
I mean does that process (of breaking water) add or subtracts to the 1358kWh/day that I calculated below?

Notes from Dr Boros Body Electric Summit
    time 8:30
we make water in mitochondria by synthesizing hydrogen and oxygen

photosynthesis is breaking ground water into hydrogen and oxygen
plants are producing oxygen not from CO2 but from ground water (9:15)
hydrogen is used to capture CO2
and this is how glucose, fatty acids and amino acids are produced in plants

animals eating grass are turning hydrogen into fat

humans eating meat and fat are producing energy by burning food (9:50) hydrogen and restoring water. (combustion reaction)(as in car engine or human cells)(end at 10:14)

deuterium level in the body determines body's level of energy production (13:10)

(16:30) how we create water, any cell that uses oxygen produce water from hydrogen
(18:00) to figure how much water is produced, calculate how many nanomotors, 320 thousands nanomotors in each mitochondria, max velocity 9000 rotations/minute, taking at 3000 rotations, number of mitochondria in our bodies, it comes to 7200 liters/day.
That corresponds to liters of blood circulated daily.

Oxygen carried in the blood links this two processes together.
It seems that this two processes deals with the same volumes.(ends at 20:00)

(20:50)on drinking, eat natural fat low in deuterium (natural),
The longest Boros was without water was 4 four days, but he did not challenge him self, not exercising but eating enough fat and breathing.
Water consumption depends on your thirst.
Medical doctors recommend drinking water, but that is unnecessary.(22:25)
    Body have own ability
When exercising you need to drink water, if thirsty you need to drink water, but is better if it is DDW
1kg fat produces 1.1kg of water(23:45)(by end of the day see how much water ate that way)
carbohydrates and proteins produce about half kg of water

(24:50)humans or humanoids started developing brains when they started eating fat which is bone marrow. By learning to break bones left by bigger animals.

(26:00) 110ppm rate , less than 125ppm is the desired consumption of deuterium
    body have deuterium removal process.
To be healthy one should have less than 110ppm in the body(end at 27:34)

    D-Terminator (breath, saliva)

    (29:45) personal experience

(31:30) deuterium depletion is natural process not medicine using chemicals

(35:10) he eats raw meat most of the time,

(36:00) pregnant women, her body will modify deuterium treatment, no need to modify food

(39:50) he drinks pharmaceutical water 125ppm or 105ppm, good for general consumption

(42:20) drink according to thirst, do not drink because it is available
(43:20) drinking to much water may slipping to diabetes insipidus
most people that he measured ADH level is below 1 (43:27)
so practically current population all have diabetes insipidus

(43:50) let physiological processes tell you how much to drink, best guide is thirst
allow ADH to be less depressed
    melatonin level important

    • ADH: 0.0−4.7 pg/mL

    • Osmolality:
− Neonates: May be as low as 266 mOsmol/kg
    − 0 to 60 years: 275−295 mOsmol/kg
    − >60 years: 280−301 mOsmol/kg

  7. If you don't mind, I would like to repeat some of the ideas I first hypothesized above in a quest to answering a question -> Where does most of our "energy" come from?

When we think about why cells are powered by proton gradients

We know voltage concentration is differentiated
We also know Voltage-activated proton currents effect human health https://ftp.rush.edu/users/molebio/CaptainProton/Schilling etal 2002 JPhysiol 545-93.pdf

It is a basic biomarker https://escholarship.org/content/qt1569w96g/qt1569w96g.pdf?t=ouqp0t

So, it's the photon non-covelant bond of melanin in human cells https://www.researchgate.net/publication/43525885_The_supramolecular_structure_of_melanin

I believe, it is the three-dimensional behavior of hydrogen molecules when stimulated by photons that rules, not the covalent bonds; thus, I believe it is the non-covalent "bonds" or behavior of protons which jump across the cell member's intracellular matrix from melanosomes to endoplasmic reticulum, peroxisomes and our mitochondria. https://www.cell.com/current-biology/pdf/S0960-9822(14)00152-3.pdf

Melanin-based electronics From proton conductors to photovoltaics and beyond.pdf Naturally occurring melanin can exhibit paramagnetism. Longuet-Higgins suggest that melanin behaves more like a one-dimensional semiconductor in which protons act as traps.

Biologically derived melanin electrodes in aqueous sodium-ion energy storage devices https://www.pnas.org/content/110/52/20912 Naturally occurring melanins as active electrode materials in charge storage devices. The performance of melanin anodes is comparable to many commonly available synthetic organic electrode materials. The structure–property relationships that govern the storage capacity in melanin materials were also elucidated. These findings suggest that the unique chemistry and nanostructure in natural melanin increases the charge storage capacity compared with synthetic melanin analogues.

I believe it is the melanosomes which service the "power grid" for our mitochondria to process biomass with the endoplasmic reticulum and peroxisomes specially when it is a fatty acid "fuel source".

A beginning of an answer to the question above (Where does most of our "energy" come from?), we could generally say: Light <--> Water <--> & Melanin.

From the post https://forum.jackkruse.com/index.php?threads/melanin-and-quantum-biology.16627/page-2#post-292471 Dr @Jack Kruse makes an indirect reference to “Evidence of Porphyrin‐Like Structures in Natural Melanin Pigments Using Electrochemical Fingerprinting” 29 February 2016 https://doi.org/10.1002/adma.201504650. https://sci-hub.se/10.1002/adma.201504650
C–N (NW and SE) and N–H (NE and SW) bonds are shown in NatMel tetramer. Calculated DFT values for C–N and N–H bond stretching are summarized in Table S3 and S4 in the Supporting Information, respectively. Angle (Φ) is shown for N–H bonds with respect to the x – z plane.

Electrochemical potential profiles with differential capacity (d Q /d V ) are shown for NatMel from (a,b) experimental and (c) DFT calculations.

From the first voltage plateau in figure (a) above: The sodium ion inserts at a potential range from 1.9 to 2.2 V (vs Na/Na + ), which is in close agreement with the experimentally observed voltage plateau at 2.2 V (vs Na/Na + ).

Bottomline of @Dr. Jack Kruse’s referenced article -> “Melanin pigments are a broad class of redox active biopolymers that exhibit unique optoelectronic properties including efficient photon–phonon conversion, mixed charge conduction, redox activity, free radical scavenging, and reversible cation chelation.”

This idea is then expanded upon in “Natural melanin pigments and their interfaces with metal ions and oxides: emerging concepts and technologies” Cambridge University Press: 11 May 2017. https://www.cambridge.org/core/jour...technologies/3D6569ADA115DCF719FE6E228D3DA6A1 In this article, Neuromelanin is studied.

Neuromelanin, another class of melanins, is a black insoluble pigment found in some (but not all) dopaminergic neurons of three regions of the brain: the “substantia nigra” of the midbrain (where it derives from dopamine), the “locus coeruleus” in the pons and small regions of the “medulla oblongata” (where it derives from noradrenaline).

Particular efforts have been made in understanding the binding of iron to neuromelanin, as iron was reported in dopaminergic neurons of Parkinsonian brains. https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/8416600/

Specifically, Iron bound to neuromelanin in melanized dopamine neurons was detected only in parkinsonian brains and not in controls. In the case of idiopathic Parkinson's disease, iron-melanin interaction in the SN may serve as a candidate for the oxygen-radical induced neurodegeneration of the melanin containing dopaminergic neurons.

This article stated: "At the fundamental level, exciting challenges loom for the melanin research community, such as (i) understanding the electron transfer processes in different electrolytes for sensing (and biosensing) as well as energy conversion/storage; and (ii) advancing the knowledge of electron transport and proton transport."

Bottomline: Melanin is imprinted in all melanosomes.

Rockefeller’s kerosene lit the lamps of every US lamp in existence at this time to bring light to night. Most of you probably did not know this. This was where the melanopsin story begins for the US population.
When the US government took kerosene from Rockefeller he went looking for an opportunity from this failure. He found that Henry Ford was also being screwed by the government. He built cars using gas that was under patent scrutiny by ALUM a automobile cartel that used US law to its benefit. Ford did not invent mass production but he perfected it. It was from Henry Ford where we got shift working. When one worked in a factory at night when the sun was down one needed light. That light was linked to Rockefeller and J.P Morgan through kerosene or electric power. The two federal lawsuits of Rockefeller and Ford are where healthcare’s perfect storm emerged for the Black swans.
These lawsuits set the stage for leptin resistance in humans. Ford gave business the work week and even helped bring in the make up industry that Hollywood used to create make up for women to wear via mass production. The same occured with sunglasses. Soon after this breast and skin cancer rates rose in medical statistics in the Early 20th century in humans. Make up buries solar light from the skin, and sunglasses bury them from the eyes. All these links I found out after reading that one paper about leptin in 1994.
I did not discover leptin, melanopsin, or melatonin but I am hell bent on perfecting the Black Swan’s understanding of why all are critical to optimal health.
At the 42:58 portion of the video above we pick up the story of how Rockefeller’s empire built a foundation able to discover leptin and bury its science from the light of day. He gave 100 million dollars to begin the foundation which would be the first step in the creation of the industry of Big Pharma.
The senior John D. Rockefeller did not just stick to the oil and gas industry in this story. He went after every and every industry that the federal government could be linked to to exact his revenge. He even decided to create new industries whose sole purpose was to bankrupt the federal gover

Hemp was also a threat to his plans since cannabis has, in some cases, a tremendous medical benefit – it can be used to alleviate pain for numerous diseases and even has anti-cancer properties for nausea and vomiting. How did Rockefeller deal with this?
By means of the Flexner Report.
Enter Abraham Flexner on the Rockefeller Payroll: Rockefeller paid Abraham Flexner to visit all the medical schools in the US at that time. He released the so-called “Flexner Report” in 1910, which called for the standardization of medical education and concluded there were too many doctors and medical schools in America. Rockefeller then used his control of the media to generate public outcry at the findings of the report – which, by means of the classic elite strategy of “Problem, Reaction, Solution”, ultimately led Congress to declare the AMA the only body with the right to grant medical school licenses in the United States. This suited Rockefeller perfectly – he then used the AMA (which may be better called to the American Murder Association due their widespread use and endorsement of vaccines, drugs, chemotherapy, and radiation) to compel the Government to destroy the natural competition, which it did through regulation of medical schools and education.
Flexner Report Promotes Standardization of Medical Education. We know that monoculture crops are not as resilient as a diversity of crops. Same goes for thought. With all the hundreds of different healing modalities out there, why would we want to narrow it down to one system, if we were truly interested in health?
After the Flexner Report, the AMA only endorsed schools with a symptom-driven paradigm and drug-based treatment curriculum. It didn’t take long before non-allopathic schools fell by the wayside due to lack of funding. Thus, Rockefeller had his monopoly

  13. Electromagnetic absorption by water - Liquid water has a broad absorption spectrum in the microwave region, which has been explained in terms of changes in the hydrogen bond network giving rise to a broad, featureless, microwave spectrum. Liquid water has no rotational spectrum but does absorb in the microwave region. Its weak absorption in the visible spectrum results in the pale blue color of water.

Water is a very strong absorber of electromagnetic radiation in the infrared (IR) region. This is good news for those who practice morning sun gazing.

The asymmetrical structure of the water molecule, which can be likened to a three-dimensional anharmonic vibrator, also affects its vibrational states. It is responsible for the fact that water molecules have a high, permanent dipole moment: pp = 1.854 debye in the equilibrium state.

Water's molecular transitions from the ground state to the first excited state is characterized in four categories of such transitions, namely:
    ● Harmonic transitions (also known as overtones) from the ground state
    ● Combination transitions from the ground state
    ● Harmonic transitions between excited states only
    ● Combination transitions between excited states only

Individual liquid water molecules are not independent of each other but interact through intermolecular forces to form groups of molecules held together by hydrogen bonds—these (H2O)ntype polymers are known as clusters—and other various ionized structures.

The question - Is the human eye's water (EZ) protective or more vulnerable to nnEMF insult?

    Answer: -> Yes

QUANTUM COHERENCE IN MICROTUBULES:A NEURAL BASIS FOR EMERGENT CONSCIOUSNESS? http://www.quantumconsciousness.org/sites/default/files/Quantum Coher in Microtub A Neural Basis for Emergent Consc JCS 1994.pdf

Consciousness may be seen as a dynamic macroscopic quantum state originating from a mixture of coherent states originating in microtubules.

A ground state is a component field of the vacuum whose excitation can yield the two types of wave/particles: fermions and bosons. Fermions are the ingredients of matter (electrons, protons, and neutrons) which tend to be individual; their wave functions cannot overlap entirely (although fermion pair wave functions have bosonic properties and can overlap as in superconductors, supermagnets and superfluids). Bosons are wave/particles of relationship which convey forces and which can merge as their wave functions overlap; they can coherently share identities. Bosons include pho-tons, virtual photons, phonons and other entities including possibly gravitons; the forces they convey include electromagnetic, weak and strong nuclear and possibly gravity. In concert with the uncertainty principle, a set of boson ground-state excitations can act coherently by entry into the lowest momentum state so that position becomes undefined (Tilley and Tilley, 1986). Consequently, a large set of bosons is described by a single wave function and coherent, collective macroscopic quantum states result (Herbert,1993).

There are two possibly inter-related mechanisms:
    • Bose-Einstein condensates stemming from a ‘Frëhlich pumped phonon’ mechanism of dipoles in hydrophobic pockets of microtubule subunits
    • A quantum-dynamical system of water molecules and the quantized electromagnetic field confined inside the hollow microtubule core. The latter induces a specific collective dynamics called super-radiance by which coherent photons are created and penetrate without dissipation in the microtubule core in a quantum effect called self-induced transparency (Jibu et al., 1994)

Quantum coherence has been theoretically applied not only to membranes and cytoskeletal structures, but to water molecules ordered at their surfaces (Figure 5).

Cytoskeletal microtubules are likely candidates for quantum coherence relevant to consciousness because:
    • Microtubule individual subunit (tubulin) conformation may be coupled to quantum-level events (electron movement, dipole, phonon) in hydrophobic protein regions.
    • Microtubule paracrystalline lattice structure, symmetry, cylindrical configuration and parallel alignment promote long-range cooperativity and order.
    • Hollow microtubule interiors appear capable of water-ordering, waveguide super-radiance and self-induced transparency.
Is it possible we have quantum computation in brain microtubules? The Penrose-Hameroff "Orch OR" model of consciousness https://www.quantumconsciousness.org/sites/default/files/Quantum computation in brain microtubules - Hameroff.pdf

According to the proposals put forth in the Orch OR model, microtubules seem to be well designed (perhaps ideally designed) quantum computers. If so, technological efforts can possibly mimic some of nature's design principles such as cylindrical lattice automata and alternating phases of isolation and communication. The massive parallelism and specific microtubule lattice geometry (e.g. helical patterns following the Fibonacci series) may also facilitate quantum error correction.
An Orch OR event. a) Microtubule simulation in which classical computing (step 1) leads to emergence of quantum coherent superposition (and quantum computing (steps 23) in certain (gray) tubulins. Step 3 (in coherence with other microtubule tublins) meets critical threshold related to quantum gravity for selfcollapse (Orch OR). A conscious event (Orch OR) occurs in the step 3 to 4 transition. Tubulin states in step 4 are noncomputably chosen in the collapse, and evolve by classical computing to regulate neural function. b) Schematic graph of proposed quantum coherence (number of tubulins) emerging versus time in microtubules. Area under curve connects superposed mass energy E with collapse time T in accordance with E=/T. E may be expressed as Nt, the number of tubulins whose mass separation (and separation of underlying space time) for time T will selfcollapse. For T = 25 msec (e.g. 40 Hz oscillations), Nt = 2 x 1010 tubulins.

Ok, so we have what looks like a superhighway of microtubules in human nerve cells, optical pathways for photon information transmission and storage.

What is interesting to me is -> "error correction" processing.
