  1. Is health a supplementation of multiple interventions or is it wrapped in our human environment: human group biological, mental thought process and emotional interactions in an physical environment?

    The subject of electromagnetism has had a general conversation on this forum specifically nnEMF; however an understanding of electromagnetism on human cellular biology seems to be a little lacking.

    Electromagnetism is directional. For example at the poles, the magnetic movement at the north pole's magnetic flux centripetally spirals down into the earth; its movement than travels centrifugally spiraling up from out of the south pole crossing the earth, creating a toroidal ring like donut encircling aliened with our equator. https://www.swpc.noaa.gov/sites/default/files/images/u33/Chapter_4.pdf.

    We believe the the sun's magnetosphere passes us by, but it doesn't.
    It turns out the orientation of magnetic flux influences cellular behavior.

    Biological magnetic particles associated with ion channels may provide an iron-dependent mechanism for magnetosensation. Iron-containing particles that are physically associated with ion channels may influence the activity of a hypothetical magnetosensory neuron. Iron particles may link directly with the ion channels or with nearby membrane proteins or lipids to alter channel activity. (a) When the magnetic field is in one orientation, the ion channels may conduct a baseline current. (b) When the magnetic field is oriented in a different orientation, the imposed movement on the iron particles may impede channel conductance and change the cell membrane potential. (c) When the magnetic field is in another orientation, the channels may increase conductance. Although progress is being made to engineer analogous magnetosensory ion channels, it remains to be determined whether animals possess similar ion channels associated with magnetic particles for magnetic dependent behaviors.

    When we think about what thrives at the poles and why
    • At both poles, tiny animals, called zooplankton, are near the base of the food chain. They eat the photosynthesizing phytoplankton and in turn are food for fish, seabirds and marine mammals. In the Southern Ocean, Antarctic krill swim in dense schools of 20,000 animals per cubic yard (540,000 cubic feet).

    • Why do krill not survive "transplant" to equatorial zones?
    Double layers form when positive charges build up in one region of a plasma cloud and negative charges build up nearby. A powerful electric field appears between the two regions, which accelerates charged particles. Here we have plasma electromagnetic circuit flow.

    The Gröthuss mechanism is incoherent hopping. Since it involves a positive charge in coherent hopping of a massive particle, it can sometimes be difficult to distinguish it from p-type small polar on behaviour.     I believe it is the melanosomes which service the "power grid" for our mitochondria to process biomass with the endoplasmic reticulum and peroxisomes specially when it is a fatty acid "fuel source".

    In order to heal and repair, our cells’ voltage needs to be greater (negatively speaking) than -50mV. Some doctors say, -200mV. So what's this negative all about, I thought positive is good and negative is bad. <- Nope

    When a cell begins its downward spiral, the voltage will move from negative to positive. Once this value passes zero, the polarity flips. You move from health to disease. So, when your cell's clocking in at or above +50mV, it's in cancer territory.

    Melanin has both a good and over reactive (bad) aspect.

    Supplementing our electromagnetic environment with nnEMF may interfere directionally with the proton signal across the melanosomes changing the "power grid" of our cells.



    In previous "Ask Jack" questions, I have requested @Jack Kruse for his hypothesis for light-water-magnetism. Most of my questions have not been "if-then-else" linear questions. I thought I would make this one easy.

    I am not convinced by current dogma that most people believe they are evolved. Examples of previous civilizations are depicted in inferior light. Whether its historians’ stories of politics, economy or technical advantage, we modern humans think we are better than others before us. "Data" observed through this lens is very limiting.

    I look to evidence to form as many perspectives as possible.

  3. Thermodynamics is a byproduct of biological processes; such things can be measured and useful in medicine as diagnostic tools.
    For example:
    • Intraocular pressures of 40-50 mm Hg can cause rapid vision loss and can precipitate retinovascular occlusion
    • Cerebral Perfusion Pressure higher than 70 mmHg was associated with greater risk of acute respiratory distress syndrome
    • Intraspinal pressure or spinal cord perfusion pressure greater than 90 mm Hg is indicative of an acute infection of the fluid.
    Thermodynamics did not help, hinder, nor provide health. It is an environmental measurement of what occurred. We can speculate what indicators may be in or out of range. These do not lead us to an optimal range, even though we often believe the average is best. Using thermodynamics, we can at best make a guest.

    Understanding a mechanism of action, validating against observable data points, we can begin to disprove any hypothesis <- we need better ideas.

    Nature designed photosynthesis to split water molecules to obtain the diatomic oxygen and hydrogen.
    Man has to use thermodynamics - heating water to 2000 degrees Celsius to do the same.

    When I look for answers to simple questions, my designer is Nature -> Understanding her, becoming intimate with her.

    What would you guess Jack’s answer to the question: How do you increase melanopsin charge potential?
    Would it have something to do with red blood cells' ECF?

    The question is: How do you best supplement these pathways?

    There is an increase in rod/cone coupling at night. This increases the signals that originate in rods which are found to a greater extent in cones and cone-connected horizontal cells at night. It is believed there is a electrical coupling between photoreceptors which decreases the activitivation of dopamine receptors and increases photoreceptor coupling. SD, subjective day; SN, subjective night.

    However, I believe it is not the lack of photo stimulus but the activation of darkness.

    Just because we currently can't measure it (darkness) doesn't mean it does not have an effect. <- Follow the evidence.

    I appreciate the fact that Jack Kruse still believes that our light & magnetic exposure -> that is electromagnetic sphere rules all.

    I have practiced nature's laws for light, water & electromagnetism for fifty years.
    Light -> from the sun and the other side -> Darkness
    Water -> clean spring water
    Electromagnetism -> grounded while exercising on moist earth, including the electrons from immersion in moving cold water

    Improvements are the mitigation of nnEMF; However, this has been come extremely more difficult.

  12. Zeta potential is a measure of the degree of repulsion between similarly charged particles in suspension. Blood cells need to maintain a high zeta potential (a highly repulsive force against other cells) to stop them from clumping together and forming aggregates. The zeta potential of the blood cell is largely determined by the cell's quantity of sulfate.

    However, since we don't know what are the "right parameters", we must ask better questions.

    Since water is a strong absorber of millimetre waves (MMWs), the thermodynamic absorption rate explains why the heat signature of cell phone usage is low.

    However, we have found a few things:
    • The application of 30 nanosecond pulsed electric field (nsPEF). with greater than 1 mV m−1 to Jurkat T lymphocytes (human T lymphocyte cells) caused a rapid increase in intracellular calcium by up to 25%.
    • The application of a 10 ns, 15 mV m−1 nsPEF to the same Jurkat cells affects pre-messenger RNA splicing mechanisms by increasing the level (i.e. the relative fluorescence of immunocytochemically labelled nuclear speckles) of intrachromatin granule clusters.
    • These stimuli cause phosphatidylserine to exit the cell, which is a component of apoptotic signalling.
    • Pulse stimulation also caused small but transient spikes in internal sodium concentration.
    • Nerve lesion resulted into decreased in transmission coefficient 0.8 dB comparatively with the intact tissue and along all tested frequency range.
