Is health a supplementation of multiple interventions or is it wrapped in our human environment?

Discussion in 'Ask Jack' started by John Schumacher, Dec 5, 2020.

  1. Is health a supplementation of multiple interventions or is it wrapped in our human environment: human group biological, mental thought process and emotional interactions in an physical environment?

The subject of electromagnetism has had a general conversation on this forum specifically nnEMF; however an understanding of electromagnetism on human cellular biology seems to be a little lacking.

Electromagnetism is directional. For example at the poles, the magnetic movement at the north pole's magnetic flux centripetally spirals down into the earth; its movement than travels centrifugally spiraling up from out of the south pole crossing the earth, creating a toroidal ring like donut encircling aliened with our equator. https://www.swpc.noaa.gov/sites/default/files/images/u33/Chapter_4.pdf.

We believe the the sun's magnetosphere passes us by, but it doesn't.
It turns out the orientation of magnetic flux influences cellular behavior.
Biological magnetic particles associated with ion channels may provide an iron-dependent mechanism for magnetosensation. Iron-containing particles that are physically associated with ion channels may influence the activity of a hypothetical magnetosensory neuron. Iron particles may link directly with the ion channels or with nearby membrane proteins or lipids to alter channel activity. (a) When the magnetic field is in one orientation, the ion channels may conduct a baseline current. (b) When the magnetic field is oriented in a different orientation, the imposed movement on the iron particles may impede channel conductance and change the cell membrane potential. (c) When the magnetic field is in another orientation, the channels may increase conductance. Although progress is being made to engineer analogous magnetosensory ion channels, it remains to be determined whether animals possess similar ion channels associated with magnetic particles for magnetic dependent behaviors.

When we think about what thrives at the poles and why
    • At both poles, tiny animals, called zooplankton, are near the base of the food chain. They eat the photosynthesizing phytoplankton and in turn are food for fish, seabirds and marine mammals. In the Southern Ocean, Antarctic krill swim in dense schools of 20,000 animals per cubic yard (540,000 cubic feet).
    • And what do they attract as their major food source? <- Whales
    • Why do krill not survive "transplant" to equatorial zones?
Double layers form when positive charges build up in one region of a plasma cloud and negative charges build up nearby. A powerful electric field appears between the two regions, which accelerates charged particles. Here we have plasma electromagnetic circuit flow.

Just look at its effect on our ocean’s currents
    The electromagnetic sphere rules all

When we think about why cells are powered by proton gradients
We know voltage concentration is differentiated
We also know Voltage-activated proton currents effect human health https://ftp.rush.edu/users/molebio/CaptainProton/Schilling etal 2002 JPhysiol 545-93.pdf

It is a basic biomarker now https://escholarship.org/content/qt1569w96g/qt1569w96g.pdf?t=ouqp0t

So where is this all going -> its the photon non-covelant bond of melanin in human cells https://www.researchgate.net/publication/43525885_The_supramolecular_structure_of_melanin

We know our melanopsin is weakly covalent bonded https://optimalklubs.com/hypoxia-4-red-light-blue-light-1-2-3/
This advantage provides mobility over our entire globe. However, it comes with a cost -> higher sensitivity to the Electromagnetism Spectrum.
Opsin are the superhighway for light signal transmission from receptor to hormone production stimulus.

I believe it is the three-dimensional behavior of hydrogen molecules when stimulated by photons that rules, not the covalent bonds; thus, I believe it is the non-covalent "bonds" or behavior of protons which jump across the cell member's intracellular matrix from melanosomes to endoplasmic reticulum, peroxisomes and our mitochondria. https://www.cell.com/current-biology/pdf/S0960-9822(14)00152-3.pdf

The Gröthuss mechanism is incoherent hopping. Since it involves a positive charge in coherent hopping of a massive particle, it can sometimes be difficult to distinguish it from p-type small polar on behaviour. This may be one of the reasons eumelanin was considered a semiconductor. An All-solid-state Eumelanin Based Organic Electrochemical Transistor.pdf see pages 30 & 31

Melanin-based electronics From proton conductors to photovoltaics and beyond.pdf Naturally occurring melanin can exhibit paramagnetism. Longuet-Higgins suggest that melanin behaves more like a one-dimensional semiconductor in which protons act as traps.
Biologically derived melanin electrodes in aqueous sodium-ion energy storage devices https://www.pnas.org/content/110/52/20912 Naturally occurring melanins as active electrode materials in charge storage devices. The performance of melanin anodes is comparable to many commonly available synthetic organic electrode materials. The structure–property relationships that govern the storage capacity in melanin materials were also elucidated. These findings suggest that the unique chemistry and nanostructure in natural melanins increase the charge storage capacity compared with synthetic melanin analogues.

Proton mobility in water is anomalously high https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S0006349500767324

Melanin reaction time is within 3 picoseconds in response to a proton "signal", jumps an electron from giver to electron taker.

Ok, nice, so what does this have to do with nnEMF and electromagnetism direction? https://optimalklubs.com/hypoxia-17-how-are-magnetism-and-hypoxia-linked/

I believe it is the melanosomes which service the "power grid" for our mitochondria to process biomass with the endoplasmic reticulum and peroxisomes specially when it is a fatty acid "fuel source".

When our mitochondria misfire and the voltage potential moves from -200 mV to zero, the cell's voltage flips -> this is the beginning of disease. https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3634644/

In order to heal and repair, our cells’ voltage needs to be greater (negatively speaking) than -50mV. Some doctors say, -200mV. So what's this negative all about, I thought positive is good and negative is bad. <- Nope

When a cell begins its downward spiral, the voltage will move from negative to positive. Once this value passes zero, the polarity flips. You move from health to disease. So, when your cell's clocking in at or above +50mV, it's in cancer territory.
Cell membrane potential (Vm), the voltage across the plasma membrane is the mechanism of action that functionally plays out in cancer cell migration. https://journals.sagepub.com/doi/pdf/10.1177/153303460800700404

Melanin has both a good and over reactive (bad) aspect.

Supplementing our electromagnetic environment with nnEMF may interfere directionally with the proton signal across the melanosomes changing the "power grid" of our cells.

In previous "Ask Jack" questions, I have requested @Jack Kruse for his hypothesis for light-water-magnetism. Most of my questions have not been "if-then-else" linear questions. I thought I would make this one easy.

Is health a supplementation of multiple interventions or is it wrapped in the "epigenetics" of human group biological, human mental thought processes and emotional interactions in an optimal physical environment?

How we think maybe influence by our perception of the data -> https://forum.jackkruse.com/index.php?posts/295027

I am not convinced by current dogma that most people believe they are evolved. Examples of previous civilizations are depicted in inferior light. Whether its historians’ stories of politics, economy or technical advantage, we modern humans think we are better than others before us. "Data" observed through this lens is very limiting.

I look to evidence to form as many perspectives as possible.

  3. Thermodynamics is a byproduct of biological processes; such things can be measured and useful in medicine as diagnostic tools.
    For example:
    • Intraocular pressures of 40-50 mm Hg can cause rapid vision loss and can precipitate retinovascular occlusion
    • Cerebral Perfusion Pressure higher than 70 mmHg was associated with greater risk of acute respiratory distress syndrome
    • Intraspinal pressure or spinal cord perfusion pressure greater than 90 mm Hg is indicative of an acute infection of the fluid.
Thermodynamics did not help, hinder, nor provide health. It is an environmental measurement of what occurred. We can speculate what indicators may be in or out of range. These do not lead us to an optimal range, even though we often believe the average is best. Using thermodynamics, we can at best make a guest.

Understanding a mechanism of action, validating against observable data points, we can begin to disprove any hypothesis <- we need better ideas.

Nature designed photosynthesis to split water molecules to obtain the diatomic oxygen and hydrogen.
Man has to use thermodynamics - heating water to 2000 degrees Celsius to do the same.

When I look for answers to simple questions, my designer is Nature -> Understanding her, becoming intimate with her.

  4. In @Jack Kruse https://optimalklubs.com/2021-resolutions-for-my-tribe/ point number 10 he says:

"Sulfated D3 and cholesterol sulfate are the key anions in the blood that work with the deuterium optical switch. Sunlight is the cathode ray in this quantum dance. The photoelectric charge required for this reaction to take place likely comes from the solar power of the sun. That energy is transformed from light energy to mechanical energy which changes the hydrogen bonding network in water which enables the growth of the exclusion zone of water. As the EZ grows in blood plasma that in turn can transfer its energy back into RBCs, which supports the charging of RBCs that are suspended in it."

  5. This is the direction I'd hoped @Jack Kruse would followup with -> in Facebook post Dr. Jack Kruse January 1st 2021 -> he says

"Why should we embrace grounding to spaceship earth? Latitude, altitude, and population density are the keys to UV light exposure, creation, and O2 consumption by mitochondria. As altitude increases protons diminish in the atmosphere. At night time as magnetic flux increases, there is less positive charge (protons) in the atmosphere and with sunshine, in the daytime, there is more positive charge in the atmosphere. The sun’s light is a cathode ray. When it hits the Earth in the daytime, the Earth acts as an anode in this cosmologic circuit and its charge varies to change the size and shape of things living on and in spaceship earth. During the daytime, the electrical field of Earth carries a charge of 100 volts per meter at the surface. A varying change allows for more evaporation of water on the planet's surface which allows more protons to dissipate in the atmosphere. Simultaneously the evaporation effect will liberate more electrons from Earth's surface. This is delocalization. These freed electrons can be used by living structures to alter sizes and shapes inside our cells. This is the foundation of how the tensegrity system works. Our tensegrity system was built to be connected to Earth's surface via our limbs. This is why humans have sweat glands on their palms and feet because we are designed to collect them as an accessory energy source for our massive brains. The human female breast is a modified sweat gland. It is designed to share delocalized electrons with her child via feeding.
Our species collect and harvest this energy to store or use to do physiologic work to lower the resistance of our inner mitochondrial membrane in our brain and heart. The changing of sizes and shapes of structures inside of cells is how this occurs. This reduces the electrical resistance of mitochondria and this helps stimulate autophagy in those organs.
During the daytime, the electric field of Earth is higher than it is at night when light is absent. Magnetic fields, however, are higher at night, and this is likely why sleep is linked to a loss of the DC electric current in diurnal animals because it supports ATPase spin rates."

Would it have something to do with red blood cells' ECF?

  7. In Facebook post Dr. Jack Kruse January 8th 2021 -> he says "We are photoelectric and we have rolexes everywhere to tell the time."

Even though the article referenced above does seem to understand electromagnetism in cellular biology, I appreciate their attempt.

"Our computational modelling approaches reveal transient subthreshold A-type potassium channels as the primary determinant of the suppressive response and highlight a key role for this ionic mechanism in tuning excitability of clock neurons and optimising SCN function to accommodate R. pumilio’s diurnal niche."
  8. Our electromagnetic system flows through melanin rich melatonin and dopamine pathways

The clock within photoreceptors uses melatonin signaling to influence gene expression in target cells expressing melatonin receptors. https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3867265/

The question is: How do you best supplement these pathways?

There is an increase in rod/cone coupling at night. This increases the signals that originate in rods which are found to a greater extent in cones and cone-connected horizontal cells at night. It is believed there is a electrical coupling between photoreceptors which decreases the activitivation of dopamine receptors and increases photoreceptor coupling. SD, subjective day; SN, subjective night.

However, I believe it is not the lack of photo stimulus but the activation of darkness.

Just because we currently can't measure it (darkness) doesn't mean it does not have an effect. <- Follow the evidence.

IT IS NOW BRUTALLY OBVIOUS THAT BOTH RF AND MW radiation cause biologic effects.
It was found in September of 2018 that low-intensity RF radiations that were pulsed ACTUALLY CREATES ROS SIGNALS IN HUMANS CELLS. CREATION OF ROS leads to oxidation of lipids and it causes cells to DECREASE THE AMOUNT OF OXYGEN BEING DELIVERED TO MITOCHONDRIA. When this occurs it stimulates glucose metabolism and AMPk pathways. It also means MORE ELF-UV light is released from these CELLS to CAUSE increased MITOSIS which leads to the ONCOGENESIS. Might this be why the NTP study shows that animals exposed to RF radiation have increased CANCER RISKS? WHAT DOES THIS IMPLY FOR US HUMANS?

I appreciate the fact that Jack Kruse still believes that our light & magnetic exposure -> that is electromagnetic sphere rules all.

I have practiced nature's laws for light, water & electromagnetism for fifty years.
Light -> from the sun and the other side -> Darkness
    Water -> clean spring water
Electromagnetism -> grounded while exercising on moist earth, including the electrons from immersion in moving cold water

Improvements are the mitigation of nnEMF; However, this has been come extremely more difficult.

  12. Zeta potential is a measure of the degree of repulsion between similarly charged particles in suspension. Blood cells need to maintain a high zeta potential (a highly repulsive force against other cells) to stop them from clumping together and forming aggregates. The zeta potential of the blood cell is largely determined by the cell's quantity of sulfate.

Note: The net negative charge of a human blood plasma and the Shear Plan or zeta potential create a protective barrier for the blood cell.

So if "light-water-magnetism" is the theme of this forum, I again assert -> The electromagnetic sphere rules all

Since water is a strong absorber of millimetre waves (MMWs), the thermodynamic absorption rate explains why the heat signature of cell phone usage is low.

However, we have found a few things:
    • The application of 30 nanosecond pulsed electric field (nsPEF). with greater than 1 mV m−1 to Jurkat T lymphocytes (human T lymphocyte cells) caused a rapid increase in intracellular calcium by up to 25%.
    • The application of a 10 ns, 15 mV m−1 nsPEF to the same Jurkat cells affects pre-messenger RNA splicing mechanisms by increasing the level (i.e. the relative fluorescence of immunocytochemically labelled nuclear speckles) of intrachromatin granule clusters.
    • These stimuli cause phosphatidylserine to exit the cell, which is a component of apoptotic signalling.
    • Pulse stimulation also caused small but transient spikes in internal sodium concentration.
    • Nerve lesion resulted into decreased in transmission coefficient 0.8 dB comparatively with the intact tissue and along all tested frequency range.
The graphic representation of diverse effects on a membrane, organelle and molecular level caused by application of nsPEF pulses to the cells. Data summarized from different studies and obtained from experiments conducted on different cell types. Thus, the involvement of a particular mechanism may vary. Also, depending on nsPEF pulse parameters, the final cell fate could be different as well.
