IS BTC REALLY THAT VOLATILE OR HAVE WE MADE AN ERROR?

The shocking fact about volatility. Everyone believes BTC is fundamentally volatile.

The reality is that Bitcoin volatility is not that bad. Since 2010, the Sharpe ratio of Bitcoin (1.24) is a tick under the Sharpe ratio of a simple 60/40 portfolio (1.25). But #BTC 255.6% compound annual growth rate (CAGR) return crushes 60/40 portfolio of 10.3%.

When do institutions wake up how much cash they have lost already for the same amount of risk? ? Imagine if they knew. Are you glad you do?

Exactly...…….Simple lack of people not willing to run the numbers themselves. It amazes me how few people are willing to stand in front of a white board and critically think about the potential of this asset.

When the long term conviction sets in and your time frame equation reflects this view the volatility FUD and daily price no longer matter and the AAhhh HHaa moment comes.
