Is a nap okay?

    If on the road to optimal one should hit the pothole of a destroyed night's sleep, (hormone shift, sick kid, etc.) what is the best fix to mitigate the neuro damage without creating a bad sleep habit? Is a nap okay? If so when? Magnesium (if it stims and doesn't make you sleepy?) Or just tough it out?

    You're not the first to ask this. Take heart, it's ok, take a nap. Jack said napping if you need to is a great idea.



    I'm sure it's not ok to nap so that you can party all night, but I know that's not what you're doing :)
