    I just read the article you posted about UV and insulin coupling. While I'm far from complete understanding, the more I read the more it sinks in.

    You mentioned May to August as the ideal time for me to replace mitochondria considering my geography. Obviously that time window can be expanded if I go south.

    Can that time window also be expanded by up-regulating my natural UV assimilation (i.e. not using the bulbs, but instead things like increased DHA, cold, ... more electrons in the blood plasma)? How do we know when quantum yield of UV is high enough for replacing mitochondria? I want to replace as many defective mitochondria as possible this year. Thanks.

    Yep.......and this is why so many people are chirping about UVA light bulbs..........soon you'll understand why members get the juice before the wine is made.
