    It is also true you sleep poorly with low solar exposure. No sleep = poor mitochondrial regeneration = early disease propagation and increased aging

    In this study, they found that low serum vitamin D status are associated with excessive sleep duration in individuals with low sun exposure. Therefore, in modern society where sun exposure is inevitably low because we live indoors worshiping screens that have alien light spectrums, maintaining an adequate serum vitamin D status via solar exposure is important for a healthy sleep duration.
