If yellow colored light means there is less blue light, why people suggest old Incandescent bulb?

    I'm using f.lux to make my monitor more yellow. I really see less "blueish" light from the monitor. Does it mean I minimized the blue light from the screen?
    If then why are there monitors which are marketed as using less blue light?

    Same goes for light bulbs. does it matter if I use LED as long as it emits "warm" light (yellow) and not "cold" light (white)? if so, why the old Incandescent bulb are suggested as the healthiest?
