    @nija I wanted to point this out to you. The statements made by Jack below seemed like way out wingnut material to me when I stumbled across the site here. They sure don't seem that way anymore. Instead these statements explain all of the health gains I've gotten by just trying it out. Keep at it and clean up your nnEMF environment as much as you can.

    SNP's alter the the light frequencies that can be trapped by the cell. The cell is a playground for photons. The SNPs are usually ways that the maternal haplotype is optimize to the new environment as the mother is in her pregnancy stage and during pregnancy. There is serious selection ongoing in the maternal germ line as Wallace points out in the video I've linked here a thousand times.


    Now........how do we trap light? Our tissues do. Collagen, water, and proteins. Proteins with aromatic amino acids are really optical tweezers for light.

Dopamine forms the perfect eye shape to work with visible light and melatonin is what regenerates ALL the photoreceptors except Muller cells in the anterior visual semiconductive pathway.

    The next stop is the SCN in that pathway...........this pathway is controlled by melanopsin and melatonin specificially........blue light destroys circadian biology and controls.......this is what causes leptin resistance. Why? Leptin is the target protein in the hypothalmus of the central retinal pathway and it is what controls all the other hormones in the pituitary.

    NOTE ALL THE HEXAGONAL PHOTON TRAPS...........that is how the light is conserved and is used to photonically signal all the things in the hypothalamus......if leptin does not get into the hypothalamus at night 12-2 AM........Leptin resistance is the result. Hormone panels, melatonin and vitamin D3 are all destroyed.

    What do SNP's affect? They affect dopamine, melatonin and Vitamin D 3 production as cofactors. This is how light sculpts the molecules to get the proper optical lattice in the retina from the light programming of mom's retina and skin to sculpt the germ line in her that eventually become you.

    ^^^^HERE IS why LDL rises as Vitamin D 3 cannot be made due to a LACL of UVB light. It is also why the pregeneonlone steal syndrome exists. Why? LDL cholesterol needs T3 which comes from the anterior pituitary (which is absent in a LR state) and Vitamin A (broken cycle in the eye from blue light) = pregnonolone. This is the base chemical for the rest of the steroid hormones.

    Why is LDL always high in modern humans? They are all blue light toxic and they do not get enough sunlight with UV and IR to makes these conversions.

    Now look at the connection loops in the brain.........you'll notice something interesting.

    The pineal loop goes into the cervical cord.........where the superior cervical ganglion is. This monitors the RBC's mass and the amount of light held in porophyrins and in the blood plasma. This is what activates the balance of the ANS arms......parasympathetic vs sympathetic. The outflows of both systems are vagus nerve, vs PVN in the brainstem by the hypothalamus. The input to the system is dominated by the central retinal pathways over the skin gut and lungs. The eye is the fastest way to change the tone in the system.

    They key to the puzzle..........right here. Melatonin controls the regeneration of all the photoreceptors (think melanopsin) Blue light chronically destroys melanopsin. And this lowers melatonin. And ruins sleep eventually. It cause cognitive haze (low dopamine) and it ruins the way the brain works (AD, PD and many others) as heteroplasmy rates increase.

    The RPE is where that melatonin is made. The RPE is loaded with melanin that absorbs what best? UV light. What in the retina absorbs red light best? Cytochrome 4 of every mitochondria, RBC's in the retinal vessels and blood plasma made 93% from water the perfect red light chromophore. When you subtract UV and IR light you get LR fast........and you get a modern mitochondrial disease because melatonin levels crash this is the hormone that controls % heteroplasmy in EVERY mitochondria in your cells all over your body. 100 trillion mitochondria are controlled in this way using light.

    They eye camera uses 380-780nm to see..........the clock uses 250-380nm and 601-1400 nm to work...........those are the two frequencies the human retina is blind to on purpose. (Quantum Zeno effect) Now what is modern lighting built upon? It subtracts UV and IR light to save energy. This de-engerizes the entire central retinal pathways of energices. Modern lighting brings man from outside in the sun to indoors and forces him to live a life (90%) indoors under an alien sun. This is what is killing yur haplotypes and SNP's and gear lines to give kids mitochondrial diseases as soon as the emrge from a vagina or a gut.......and if the come by way of a section.......it steepens the risks for the kid unless the parent gets that thatkid needs solar exposure between the 20's. Inside the tropics from 0-6 to reset the damage in the system.

    Where does red light fit in? IR- A light activates water........the space between the photoreceptors and the retinal vessels is the LARGEST distance in the human body.......what bridges the gap?

    WATER in blood plasma. IR-A light increase transportation velocity in this space from RBC's to the photoreceptors.
