Some interesting ideas, apparently goes back to ancient Rome. Amazing how they were intuitively working with the powers of the body and not fighting against it like heroic medicine(blood letting, mercury).

He makes an interesting comment, that if you don't sweat you cannot maintain health, he used blankets to induce sweating for sick people who could not exercise and sweat.

Of course, cooling helps because it regenerates detox pathways in the liver for mercury.

When it comes to what cold is capable of, I gave everyone a big clue in the CT series. I told you the receptors become more sensitive as hormone levels drop. Hormones are light ferries of light. When they drop it is a solar proxy reaction. Cooling over Earth's history was a long event that began during the time of the Great oxidation event. This is why it is in every mammal on Earth. The reason why is receptor sensitivity operates with large band gap semiconduction. All of them use dopants in Groups 2-4 on the periodic table. The cooler one gets the larger the band gap gets the larger it gets the larger the UV spectra are made internally for cells to use.

This links directly to Fritz Popp and Roeland Van Wijk's books/writing.

Clues were always given to people. Biochemical reactions no longer can explain everything in biology. Make room for quantum mechanisms in biology. https://www.linkedin.com/pulse/lavender-can-retune-our-thalamus-improve-jack-kruse/

And this connects when looking at sex hormone binding globulin with the hormones and the hydrogen status of the cell/mitochondria (deuterium/free radicals?
I think it was a 2016 webinar that went it to this - cancer biology? I believe you discussed sex hormone binding quantum properties and connection with deuterium.
