    It's such a tragedy that we are killing off our elders with the SAD. They are the ones that remember the old days when everyone wasn't walking around with brain fog, kids weren't all chubby, heart disease was unheard of... Without our elders around, "normal" can be redefined at will.

    I think "normal" blood glucose is under 100.
