    atrial fib and sleep apnea
    ----------------------------------
    atrial fib ----- lumbrokinase

    --------------
    sleep apnea

    bad circadian rhythm
    excess weight
    -----------------------------------------------

It is "easy" to loose weight (the fat)

    convert it to water
    by
encourage body to do it drinking minimal amounts of water
    do not drink habitually
    wait for thirst
    when thirsty wait 20 min
    reevaluate
    drink little bit
    .....

That was a really interesting read. I was not expecting that angle. The world needs to learn how to look at different angles its a wonderful thing. a picture is worth a thousand words so to speak.

When you drink only minimal amount of water
you are encouraging body to make its own water.
It is very easy for body to make (totally new) (de novo) water. High flexibility.
Water is made from oxygen we breed and hydrogen contained in (body fat) or fat we eat.
At total rest body is making 1-1.5 Liters/day(24 hrs) of new water (plus) energy that comes from that nuclear reaction).
But in a pinch (say during marathon) body can make 10 Liters/hr
In the process of (nuclear reaction) of joining H (hydrogen) and O (oxygen)
    when water is created
    also excess energy is created.
    That excess energy
    is comparable
to additional sunlight energy person gets when he/she moves from
    higher latitudes
    toward
    tropics
That excess energy is used by body to repair itself.

When you are drinking lots of water
specially really a lot (gallons), many liters a day
you are preventing creation of that de novo water
and are depriving your body from energy that whould have come from reaction of water creation.
    Additionally you are getting obese.
    You
can by-pass that (mistake) and travel to tropics, there you get heather (while staying obese)
    or
    you can travel to tropics,
    drink less water
    if obese, loose fat
    if skinny, eat fat
and double down on healing energy effect.

There is a certain point when you can get too much energy.
    So easy does it.

The normal range for hemoglobin is:
For men, 13.5 to 17.5 grams per deciliter.
For women, 12.0 to 15.5 grams per deciliter.

With time one will figure out how often he/she needs phlebotomy.
At first Hgb is checked, after couple minutes you know the result.
At this time (YOU) make a decision if you want to draw blood or able to wait.

Get script from doctor (once a year)
    Script for therapeutic phlebotomy

    John Doe (man) DOB-7/21/1973
    elevated Hgb levels
    check once a month,
    perform therapeutic phlebotomy
    if Hgb>=15.8
    repeat every 3 months
