And if you listen to the Q&A.... question 1 is from an Aussie guy who talks about the Wim Hof Method, sure you've heard of him. What does Jack say about that?.... Is breathing in certain ways potentially dangerous? Yeah and I think you could do well from the breathing techniques in that Floating Webinar, meditation etc. Really lower your Cortisol.

See these are real 5G hacks to get you out. But, you won't get this from people on the forum cause they don't want to refer to Jack's Gold Work stuff, I really really do not know why. There's a general anti-Jack movement within his own community. Too aggressive I guess?

Really glad you went Gold. I think you can just go around and learn all of the cool stuff in those Webinars now, listen to them on your way to work on the Subway - or in the Central Park or wherever... Education about your environment while you are in that environment, it's gonna be an amazing learning experience for you. I know cause I had the same in London in 2018.

The Q&As are absolutely unreal from June 18 through to December 18, not that they get worse afterwards, but he does some 4 and 5 hour epics (Oct & Nov 2018) and people are calling in, literally falling apart, families falling apart, friends getting Glioblastomas and dying in 9 months, all kinds of crazy shit and the whole theme is 5G Cities.... California, NYC, Colorado..... you are going to really get some perspective on why Jack is aggressive, why I'm aggressive.... is it our Experience?....

How many people has Jack seen die in front of him in his neurosurgery clinic? How many suicides via people giving up cause they became Quadraplegic (June/July 2018 Q&A)? How many of his own family and friends have suffered, and died, because of not taking these issues seriously? How does Jack see "Life" compared to the average person? Does he think it should be lived with Fire, and passion, and gratitude, or let time pass by on a forum avoiding things that scare you?

So do I resonate with him because of that, more than most? Is that why me and him entangled in Poland in July so well?.... Might explain why I'm so close to him now?............ or am I just a wannabee?

People never care about what you say until they know exactly how much you care. (JK Wannabee alert I stole that line too)

If you want advice on your Family, I'd go read my journal and also any of Jack's relationship Redox blogs (included in your Gold). That is one thing I'm still learning to bio-hack, and truth is, I don't think there is any clear answer here... and I'm willing to admit that... it's rather like your "n=1" health situation we are all debating over here..... But this is what i've learned so far:
    1. Cutting toxic people off / moving out of New York = Best, NET profit gains for your life and your health, but it involves taking big leaps in your thinking
    2. Trying to make NY work/ trying to make Family and friends work with the "new you" = Possible, but it might cost you more than you wanna know in terms of your Energy and Information.... i.e. it will highly likely make you sick, ill and rob you of your time, money and life.

Just an FYI, Jack no longer recommends fish oils, rather eat the actual fish/shellfish.

You asked a while back re: Safe & Sound Pro 2 Meter... I like it, I’ve found it to be good value for money and picks up signals well.

Please call in and talk to Jack on the next Q&A. Cheaper than a consult and you’ll get great info directed to your situation.

Sean - between this thread and her others, pretty much everyone told her to move... it was just done in different tones, one not better than another.

I can see she is even listening to this Q&A right now............. so what if I hadn't have done this for her? Would she have missed out on this critical information?.......... Literally the best thing you can do for someone is light them up when they're in a bad situation.

    What is worse?
    Death via 5G or COVID-19

    Or

Hard tone, Capital Letters & Bold on a health forum.

Sean, I'm not gonna argue with you, it's just not worth my time. I don't think your way is best or most effective and on that point we're just gonna have to agree to disagree. I'm off for a beach walk and swim. Peace out.

Faced with an infection rate that is five times that of the rest of the country, health workers are putting themselves at risk to fight a tide of sickness that’s getting worse by the day amid a shortage of needed supplies and promises of help from the federal government that have yet to fully materialize.

“You’re on 100% of the time — no matter what,” said Dr. Jolion McGreevy, medical director of The Mount Sinai Hospital emergency department. “It’s been a month of full force, and that’s certainly very stressful.”

Patients initially showed up with fairly mild symptoms, ranging from a runny nose to a mild fever, concerned they contracted coronavirus. That shifted over the past week, McGreevy said, and now hospitals are receiving far sicker patients in need of life-saving intervention.

“These are people in severe respiratory distress, needing to be intubated and needing the intensive care unit,” he said. “We knew it was coming. We saw it in Italy and other places, so we were prepared for it, and now we’re seeing it.”

Columbia University chief surgeon Dr. Craig Smith wrote in a note to colleagues, “To think we could mimic Italy seemed risible a week ago. Not today.”

In New York City, as of 10 a.m. Wednesday, there are 17,856 positive cases and 199 fatalities, both accounting for more than half the totals in New York state.

More than 2,800 people in the city were hospitalized because of the virus — double the figure from three days earlier — and more than 600 were being treated in intensive care, as of Tuesday evening.

Officials from the governor on down warned it will get worse before it gets better.

“We are not slowing it. And it is accelerating on its own,” said Gov. Andrew Cuomo, predicting the state could be as close as two weeks away from a crisis that sees 40,000 people in intensive care. Such a surge would overwhelm hospitals, which now have just 3,000 intensive care unit beds statewide.

“One of the forecasters said we were looking at a freight train coming across the country. We’re now looking at a bullet train,” he said.

What else can one expect in a city of 8+ million people all living within a few miles. Let’s talk about population density. This city is terribly overpopulated. It’s people all live within a few miles in Manhattan. Though Manhattan has 3rd largest #s in the city, Brooklyn and Queens have higher.

    love it Jan ;) :)

In Germany they now talk about that... Germanys Government can only take 6 weeks of community being shut down, before it collapses. Thats what they said in the news today.
So... this is going to be interesting. And Germany was doing pretty well economically before this hit. So how is this going to affect countries that were already in trouble.

Ones I know for sure, life is not going to be like it was before, after this crisis.....
we will all have to adapt to a new situation. A wake up call ;).

    That is so true.
Here in the news they are talking about how the internet connection needs to get better(because everyone is home using the computer and doing homeschooling via internet, its capacity is on its limits they say), so we can handle the next crisis better. Yeah. This will also be a great way to push through 5G and tons of antennas everywhere. Boom.. this will naturally lead to the next crisis being even worse.
As longs as people are so ignorant about nature, she will continue to bit them in their ass, as Jack says ;)

for sure ....things won't be the same. Maybe a lot of people will come to their senses???

Hopefully quality of life over quantity will exist.

Yesterday I was in a shop in Tasmania ....It sells only Tasmania made products ....so wines, liquors, cheeses etc. etc.
The prices of everything just overwhelmed me. Who can afford this stuff????
Like a very small wedge of cheese for $15.00 - $20.00.

    Bottle of Gin for $100.00+++

I feel everyone will have to moderate their behaviour and learn to exist more simply.

To enjoy being outdoors and all it has to offer.

We have fallen into a vicious trap of consumerism and over consumption.

My personal opinion is this will be survival of the fittest ....mentally and physically.

We here are all so lucky to do better ....because we know better.

My sincere and humble appreciation to Jack and all the health care professionals who are on the front lines and doing their very best in very trying and difficult circumstances.
