Help with Leptin Rx

    My 2 cents worth.....

    In my opinion .... personal attacks and bullying and vulgar language have no place on a public forum. We all come here for information and help with our health/life concerns.

    Everyone of us here has to run our own race. It is so fantastic when someone of us really gets it and sees significant health gains.

    Sue and Jan, in particular, work really hard on their own personal optimal journey and share with all of us their hits and misses.

    I don't suppose there is one person here who Jan hasn't tried to offer some suggestions for their journey. Jan puts in many hours trying to help members with their labs etc.

    Sue is a very bright and thoughtful woman and she does a ton of research to help herself and her family. I am always amazed at her level of understanding here and how she applies Jack's blogs to her life.

    As far as I can see ....Sue is making her location in the UK work for her. There are other members making Canada work for them and certainly there are a bunch of us in Australia doing the same

    Have a read of Chris' journal - he is doing an outstanding job making the cold and Canada work for him and his family.

    Nothing can ever replace kindness and understanding and a helping hand - but - ultimately we are only responsible for our own life and wellness and happiness.

    We all, absolutely, have to do our own due diligence.

    Jack has inspired us to do better and be better .....now that we know better.

    I would hate to see this forum go up in flames ....I learn so much here on a daily basis but it does take a lot of time and a huge commitment.

    We all deserve respect .....we all see the world thru our own set of lenses and we need to appreciate that our journey is very individual.

    Jack has been shining his flashlight for us for almost 10 years now.

    It is incumbent on each one of us to find our own Amazing destiny using all the tools that Jack is giving us.

    We unfortunately sometimes only hear/see/write what we want or what others want us to believe. I saw the brilliance, beauty and pain in Sean’s words.... a very gifted writer too. His words (like Jack) have the power to burn but more... light a fire to burn misdirection. It’s how the message may have been wrongly perceived. The choice is always ours.

    We all know.... you don’t play with fire if you don’t want to get burned. What I witnessed on this thread is others poking that fire.... “You poke the fire until it roars, and then you get upset that it became the monster that you created.”

    We can believe we got burned but maybe it was just the opposite. Maybe we get what we consciously or subconsciously where looking for. He burned brighter and more fierce because.... he really does care about truth from Jacks teachings.

    Why are we drawn to fire? Because it provides comfort and warmth? Or because it can be instruction for destruction and reconstruction? When a fire burns it guarantees... Change! Maybe a new direction or a clean slate? The choice is ours - what that change should be.

    I think those of us who follow Jack’s teachings are taught to question everything. That is what he has said from the beginning, in the day 1 blogs I am currently reading. If we didn’t question, we would be complacent, the antithesis of his beliefs. So although Jack may be right, and Sean may be right, as a new member I think it’s only accurate to question everything I learn until I see, read, and hear the data to back it up. Jacks thoughts and beliefs have changed over time, he focuses much more on environment now than he did in 2011. I just read this morning that he said to take reveratrol, PQQ, and curcumin, and that he took it everyday in a 2011 blog; obviously that has changed significantly. So although you may think that questioning is playing with fire, I think we all have our n=1 as he states, and what worked for Sean may not work for us all. Seeking as many opinions as possible does not mean seeking comfort, but ensuring that we are caring for ourselves as best as possible, and not being complacent.

    It wasn't in the video I'm about to link to, but in one of the ones I've watched about thiamine, it said that high UV is a stressor. I would add cold to that too. My take on what was said was that if I can handle the stress of high UV, or cold CT, the downstream effects will be different than if I can't, which might make a less high UV environment safer as a stepping stone. If stress depletes thiamine (and that includes nnemf and particularly 5G, the hypoxia 5 dot), and I arrive at a high UV destination in an already thiamine deficient state, then there's the possibility of not moving forward, or getting worse. It depends on context, but for example if someone is on meds, that could make things worse, because of the effects they have on thiamine entering the cell. I'm going to listen to it again and take notes, but if I've understood it, another possible scenario is having good blood levels of thiamine, but the cells not getting it. If Jack is doing IV thiamine after testing, then having something like that could make a difference before someone goes to a high UV environment. They wouldn't be arriving deficient. I'm not suggesting you do anything, or stop taking anything, but this video could give you some useful information. There's a bit on the IV versus supplement issue and which form taken orally crosses the BBB etc. It has answered my current food cravings, and why I intuitively won't take a transatlantic flight in a 5G blue lit plane, or even holiday at the equator. I do well in less extreme UV. A year from now I might make a different decision. And I'm more open to an n=1 of taking a supplement to prepare for even a 4 hour flight to the Canaries. :)

    I disagree.

    If you want to know what Jack thinks about you, get a consult or visit him on his farm or condo.

    There are also myths that Jack is not recomending any testing and any supplements for anybody.

    Reading @Jack Kruse blogs (just) tells you what he thinks about a topic that he writes about at the moment.
    And each topic he may view from numerous angles.
    .
    Think about very thick book with many chapters.

    100%. That was my point! I was referring to saying that living in NYC is "playing with fire", when my point was that I was just trying to find out all of the information before deciding where to move. What I write is just quoting from what he has said in the forum or in blogs. I will continue to take the supplements (and getting my labs) that help me until I feel I don't need them, or can afford a consult. But @5Gcanary did say that her entire consult with him was dedicated to just telling her to move. This is information I can get from reading the blogs. So now I'm not sure what to do! 1K is a ton of money and if he will only recommend that I'm sure he'd prefer me to save it on moving. :(

    Also, moving back to my original purpose of this thread. In blog 16 Jack recommends his leptin rx with 5 important steps and I like the way it is laid out in this one:
    1. If you are overweight you are leptin resistant, large appetite, craving carbs especially at night - salivary cortisol test

    2. Eat within 30 mins of waking, make sure breakfast has little to no carbs, less than 50g and a lot of protein and fat, 50-75 grams protein, decide how much by measuring hunger later in the day, meat poultry fish, if you are overweight limit carb intake to 25g, avoid starches until you have mastered cravings and hunger, if eating carbs use plenty of fat.

    3. Do not snack, 3 meals per day, early breakfast, do not work out before or after breakfast, 4-5 hours between dinner and sleep, within an hour of sunset make surroundings as dark as possible, trouble falling asleep? 3-5 minutes of body weight exercises - push ups and squats are fine, transcendental meditation when you lay down.

    4. Most people will notice a change in their cravings and hunger within 4-6 weeks, and use prescription grade fish oils depending upon hsCRP and salivary cortisol

    5. Signs you are becoming leptin sensitive again: (females) mood changes calmer sleepy, sleep improves, clothes fit differently, weight may not change drastically initially, change in sweating pattern, better recovery from exercise, energy level seems to have risen, hunger gone, cravings gone, wake feeling refreshed like you slept well, then when all signs are present push HIIT exercises with heavy weights

    Taylor I'm glad I put my effort in here, despite what others may see as a bad thing, it has sparked a huge amount of debate, perspective, truth, honesty and for you it has harnessed some excellent thinking regards to your situation.

    Language is language, and fuck is the same as nice, four letters, it's how you choose to process it.

    Everyone here has been scattered and massively affected by my words. It made me realize my own power too.

    Ultimately, I commented cause I don't want you to go through the shit that I know is ahead of you. Simple as. But also for ALL the other people reading that saw how the thread went from Food, to "get out" advice from both Caroline and Marko, and then and even more voracious approach from myself to makes sure you got the right message.

    See if Jack came on here and talked like I did, noone would say anything, but people don't like a regular member saying it.... Crabs in a bucket mentality, "don't you tell me what to do boy stay in your place", fuck that...

    The truth is what matters to me, not people's opinions. Truth is your best NET profit step is to GTFO of an environment which is proven in 380 blogs that it's going to annihilate you in some fashion.... How fast, in what way, I don't know... So my advice, my dear, 28 years old, still have the freedom and luxury to earn a living based on your Redox..? You can teach anywhere in the world, Florida to Mississippi to Thailand to South America. You're blessed. Don't squander your time on focusing on the wrong things (food, diet, supplements), you will read the blogs for 4 years to come to that conclusion I promise you, or worse you will learn from experience of being on the precipice of disease.... That edge is where I've been for years. This is what the others don't get, and why my bold and capitals and fucks and shits won't stop for anyone....

    I'm the dog that barks and saves your life from your house burning down, but pisses you off 99% of the time and takes everyone's stick for doing it.

    But they were saved from the other reality, and that's worth it to me.

    My journey has took me to death's door, almost suicidal, many times. I don't know if everyone else has the luck fortune or tolerance to get through it, so I must act with extreme precaution if I care about my fellow species... Especially those in my community.

    How about someone in 10k population in Poland?

    I'd say no, hit CT and you can get gains just like I did with u in comment #2.

    But NYC.... Girl.... It's not a place to sit and do labs and take supplements unless you're going to take your shit and leave... Breathing problems? Immunity issues? With the 5G data we have on populations now? I'd be standing by and letting you burn if I didn't warn you.

    But I think you're starting to really get it, this world is changing fast, but if you don't get it and want to take others perspectives then fair enough, I can't help it, but maybe others will.

    With regards to Cold Thermogenesis, in your environment, here is some seriously critical advice.........

    CT is awfully hard in 5G environments, because of the effects of EMF on your mitochondria. So..... what do you do about it?

    You go warmer, not 50-55F but start with 60-70F and you go for longer like 1 or 2 hours, and you add Magnesium / Epsom Salts........... and YOU FLOAT.... it is for the Vagus Nerve almost specifically.

  15. OCT 2018 and NOV 2018....... if that doesn't convince you that my aggression was justified about your environment, then I don't know what will. But these two months personally carried me out of the hell-hole of London when I was broken, and trying to appease my angry Boss and mis-understanding colleagues, post-break up, as my body fell apart and I couldn't escape due to Finances.........

    If it weren't for Jack and this information, I'd probably be dead.

    As I say, my advice towards those in cities, and those in other areas, will vastly diversify and so will my writing, language and tone.

    No matter what anyone else calls it, frames it or thinks about it.

    And that is justified on this forum until I'm asked to leave, just as much as I find it ok for others to has justification for their time-wasting and dilly dally-ing on minor details for years and years on end watching their lives disappear into the computer and they never seem to care. Choices = Reality.... (another Jack Wannabe Slogan..... but one which is highly, highly accurate).
