    Welcome Laura!!

I'm from Aus, in NW NSW (out near Moree). Only came across JK recently so haven't been on this site for long. There are a few Aussies on here.

  5. Oh.. Thank you so much for your reply JanSz!

I've just looked up Lugols and will get hold of this.

And have just looked up saliva cortisol profile.
Curious to explore this further also.

You've been most helpful to point me on a new path of exploration.

    Hi JanSz,
Being in Australia makes the Dr Crows expensive to get in. I was wondering if you can recommend a brand here. I use this company for something else and was wondering if you think this one is ok? Or do I need to get testing done?

Your link has given me this:

I can't figure out the content of the product that you posted.

I think that this product is not what you want.
The reason I am saying that is because I have found (in the USA) on amazon.com product that has a very similar name.
    That product contains iodine only.
That product is missing potassium iodide.

If you worry about deuterium content
RO water at my Costco is (practically) free.
San Pellegrino is expensive and (full of deuterium).

Thanks for the heads-up mate, I always run it through the freezer twice and there is currently no Costco in Western Australia (although I think one is being built). I've tried Pureau which is Aussie RO water but everything I've seen on here tells me it's even worse for deuterium. I think from memory that Evian is the best that is available to me but I'm yet to see it on sale.
For what it's worth,I really appreciate that you spend a ton of your time helping out new members and those like me who have significantly less understanding of the big picture, it's most appreciated mate
