Hey everyone, I’m from San Jose and work in Tech. I’m working on implementing what I’m learning from Jack.

I’m starting with getting more sun everyday and I’ll go from there.

There’s a lot to dig through and understand. But as far as I’ve read getting in the sun is the key and everything else can build on that.

When thinking of sun and sunlight it is easier to think about real-time energy flux as an abundant source of energy.
Not as easy when one may find out that life uses much much greater amounts than real-time energy coming from the sun (at the equator, assuming constant noon there, 24/7/365). And definitely much more than the usual 1500-3000 calories coming from food (that is almost insignificant when comparing to the total energy used by life process ).

  4. So have we found a location near the equator we can recommend to move to?

Specially 660nm little lamp that I could hold inside my fist. Lite directed at my (previously sore) joint on my left thumb.

Here's a great collection of Doc's interviews to help you thru traffic

SF has a biohackers group that seems to meet only during the summer

I've found these fb groups that doc sometimes participates in to be helpful also

Check out Matt Maruca's interviews too. He's 1 of docs top students & sells really good blue blockers.
Its a great sunrise week this week with the sun out a lot. Stay strong.
