Healthy Seafood ideas for people who dislike seafood

  1. If I eat salmon raw I make sure it is sushi grade, although I have to say I'm not sure what makes it "sushi grade", and wild. Lived in Seattle too many years to even think of eating farm raised. Just cannot do it with salmon. I used to get raw salmon from this Japanese store that never smelled of fish. So clean. Now I haven't eating raw except at sushi restaurants in a year because I'm not near that store. Making a trip next week to that area so going to check out their sea veggies too!
