Hallopeau, Skin

According to New Zealand doc, Hallopeau is not the same as psoriasis or atopic dermatitis. Contrary to symptoms of those
conditions, I have a lot of skin loss and exposed nerves on my fingers, especially tips/pads. But, as with psor/atopic
dermatitis, there is erythma and the pustules that some psor persons get.
I found your "Time #8 very interesting.. On p. 6 of "Time#8: "Blue and violet light penetrate deeply to stimulate
growth". Because I need to stimulate skin growth a lot to protect those exposed nerves is it a good idea for me to
expose hands to blue/violet light in PM or eve; as well as expose them to sunlight in AM? Nice that there is blue in
sunlight too. I don't know which daylight hours include violet though.
Since Hallopeau is quite rare I haven't found much useful info in the allopathic world. Am happy to report some
general successes by experimenting with your protocols. Did read some of "Mitochondria" by Wallace. Bravo to you!!

(My understanding of that text is):

"Time#8: "Blue and violet light penetrate deeply to stimulate

    violet =-------->> ultraviolet

unspecified ultraviolet = UVa + UVb

sunlight blue light=is maximum at noon

    long story short
    when naturally
every time you are on sunlight make sure your (fingers, especially tips/pads) see it

When under artificial light, say Red Sperti.
put your hands on that lamp (touching wires on the lamp)
hold it there for 8 minutes/day first then (if you do not burn) try to increase the time.
start slowly, gradually increase the time (so you would not burn)

With Red Sperti, I do that every day, to the front of my body (8min) and back (8min)
middle of my lamp is at the height where my belly button is.
    Originally I am very white.

8 min came from the fact that the fully turn timer hold the lamp on for 16 minutes.

    Jan Sz,
Thanks very much for caring to send details! I'll see if I can get that Red Sperti. BTW I have an array of
4 infrared ceramic salamander bulbs, 150 watts each that I use for partial heat in apt. Do you know if hands
exposure to those may help to grow skin? Sure feels good on sore muscles anyway.

When good information is available, someone looks at it, and (most often) not able to figure that he/she has a piece of gold until someone explains its value.
People are making $$ on information that @Jack Kruse provides (or highlights).
Jack is probably the best ever bread crumbs collector, (and developed great visibility).
Just look at the development of a variety of lights available for sale.
When we started talking about 660nm red light there were little red lights for sale.
I could hold it in my hand, point it at a sore joint in my left thumb,
and half an hour later I was good to go.
I do not see these lights now.
But plenty of big ones. They are hot. To hot to touch.

Good answer that you can't use, is a waste of time (of a listener).
Sometimes it is done maliciously, sometimes for other reasons.
Details are important. Devil hides in the details.
The ceramic heater is meant for the night.
For daylight you can use four ExoTerra Solar Glow 160W

Jan, Thanks a bunch. Little did I know that I'd be going to a Petsmart. My previous cat would have loved
    these lights I think.
