About 10 years ago, when living in Austin Texas I did affiliate marketing for the Hairmax lasercomb.
That's a simple, brush like device that emits several red laser lights and you use it regularly to
improve hair growth, thickness and strength.

Now I'm thinking about almost always wearing a hat when going outside to see the sunrise ... but have
been just using a visor the last few months because doesn't the HAIR benefit from sun supplied red light in
the morning? Surely this must be better than a man made red laser comb?

As Dr. Kruse says ... just get back to nature ... no artificial light needed.

Best to all ... go get some sun!

It would be great if Sun really helped.

If the sun helped to grow hair ... It would be wonderful if this were possible. Unfortunately, this is not true. Everything is much more complex. Once your hair falls out, you need to restore it for a few procedures. My father lost a lot of hair. He found it embarrassing to go out so hairless. He always wore a hat or a cap. My family and I thought of surprising him and taking him to Turkey's first hair transplant procedure in Turkey. Why there? Because Turkey is considered the country with some of the best specialists in this field. Unfortunately, this is the only solution to restore your hair.

Eat some parmesian cheese in the morning and go outside - it has methionine - or, take some DMSO and rub it in your hair in case your methionine cycle is screwed up:) Softens your hair like nothing else and recycles electrons... get DMSO at a feed store - drink it, use it on your teeth - any soreness is gone is 5 seconds - great for cystitis - get the book "DMSO for doctors" to see other incredible applications - probably not a great idea if you are allergic to sulfur...

I don't know what to say about this method. When my mother got older, her hair stopped growing. The hair always meant a lot to her made her sad.

When there is 5a preference hairs tend to fall out.
5a inhibitors may restore it to Balanced metabolism.

It is important to test first to make sure that one actually has a high 5a metabolism
because if one has high 5b metabolism and uses 5a inhibitor that is not pretty.

@Jackie Nelson I haven't been here in a while, but Jack is constantly recommending against wearing a hat. Sure, wearing a hat might help prevent getting scorched at solar noon if you go to UV13 Mexico to visit Lloyd fisher, but why wear a hat at sunrise?!

Speaking of red light and hair growth, anecdotally, I had an IR heat lamp set up at my desk when I was working at my desk indoors for most of a winter. I had it on the right side for about 6 weeks and I and my wife noticed the right side of my beard was growing faster and I had to trim it more.

I had a lot of problems with my hair. Nothing helped me, and neither sun. The only solution was a hair transplant.
