    my job is great in the fact that I’m outdoors all day but I am required to wear protective footwear. I’m considering making the switch from steel-toe to composite-toe but I was wondering if anyone knew of any boots that were all leather and no rubber or if anyone could give me some advice on grounding footwear.

    This is a link for a DIY earthing kit. Not sure if it would work for your existing boots as I think the shoe soles have to be a certain thickness. But maybe its an idea that will get you thinking outside the box:
