GROUNDING (EARTHING)

From recent study and talking with experts in the field of Dirty Electric and grounding, it appears to me that ground, or Earthing as people call it is useless indoors surrounded by electrical fields, or Dirty Electric as they call it. The following makes sense as it was explained to me in an email by an expert in the field named
Eric Windheim, the founder of Windheim EMF Solutions. A certified Building Biology Ecology Consultant (BBEC) and Electromagnetic Radiation Specialist (EMRS)

When grounding inside with your feet on a grounding mat or bed sheet surrounded by electrical fields...

"Your body now has an outlet for the electricity to go to but you are now an antenna and part of the conductive circuit for the electric field in the house going to the ground. It is better to reduce the electric field by shutting off circuits or at the very least filter the DE (Dirty Electric) out of the field."

So, Do your grounding outdoors. Shoes and socks off, feet on the grass, or hug a tree..

I have also heard about this..
May i ask how you deal with grounding inside please? This is an area i am unclear about... i wasn't keen on the idea of using grounding mats... i filled a box with soil from yard & put feet in that...stopped doing that as i didn't think it was making any difference.... any input would be appreciated. Thanks for sharing...

Videha, there are filters but by eliminating plugged in appliances that are not needed all the time is a good start. Also getting rid of LED and CFL bulbs. Besides what Dr. Kruse talks about regarding artificial blue light, they also give off dangerous electron attic fields. You don't want to sit near these things. Follow this guy also.

for many years its been one of my quirky little habits to have everything unplugged, nothing at all plugged in unless i am using it..apart from fridge...copped a lot of flak over the years, but hey it really helps with the power bill too- have the lowest power bill out of everyone i know..lol $29 au frugal works for me :D
my last couple of old incandescent bulbs blew out, bought led because they were brighter than the old merc filled dull cfl...arghh lol then i found this site.... still need to research the whole uv ir bulb info. know better do better......thanks for the video & reply

Michael~ my question above was more about me getting magnetism/grounding when inside, the missing part of my newly discovered 3 legged stool routine..mine has only 2.5 legs ... i did already know all electrics bad for humans,us being electro-magnetic beings & sensitive to frequencies etc (i can sense it in body, feel other's mbls etc tinnitus etc) i sussed out a site by dave ... @ electric sense...not sure on exact name...
looked into all the meters he had on offer...a lot ...worked out what i wanted, nearly everything out of my reach at the moment...like the guy says in video.. 300 up to 3000 yikes..lol

i removed a lot of things around the home tho...i really cop a lot of wifi from others surrounding me too, checked out faraday cages, organite etc wall paint, found quite a lot available..all on wishlist to save for....doing the best i can...baby steps... LOL another thing i did was got rid of wi-fi dongle i had & am on corded net... got rid of my dect handset, got another landline corded, got rid of other stuff... step by step getting there..
like he said in video...so much expense is needed to mitigate this mess...all by design of course :D

another thing i did was call the owner of the company where i was going to buy roller shutters from, made enquiries about the rf frequency...would you believe it.....he had no clue...got onto the manufacturers who make the remotes...the first chap i spoke to had no clue either....omgosh...i explained i am highly emf sensitive...what is that? he said...unbelievable...i asked to speak to the next person in the chain of command...... he hauled out the tech manual...read out all the jargon (seemed he didnt know what i was asking for either) asked him a very concise clear direct question.... finally .........i got the answer i needed....persistance,patience & a very long phone call....it took awhile but i finally made myself understood & these are the professionals? im just a layperson........ sorry for such a long post..thanks again

If I setup a camping tent with a normal air mattress on my backyard, would I be grounded while sleeping?

Hello Eugenia, If the fabric or vinyl you are sleeping on is conductive yes. Plastic, wood, vinyl is not conductive. The closer can expose the skin of your body to the skin of the earth, the better. barefeet againist wet grass is best. Naked body against wet grass is awesome !

The mattress is plastic. However, I've only being real camping once, and I slept so well, and then I was sleeping extremely well for a week after that (I usually would sleep at 1 AM back then, and after camping, I'd sleep by 9 PM). So whatever happened in that 1-day camping trip, with that tent and mattress, worked.

Well you are certainly getting closer to the ground camping outside, lying in a tent on the ground, rather than in your steel framed bed in your house lying on a mattress, and box spring. I tend to take by shoes off and sit outside year round for 10 -20 min per day minimum. Normally in the morning, facing the sun, wearing as little clothing as possible. I am naturally a barefoot person year round whenever possible. Your goal is to get as close to the ground as much as you can everyday. Ultimately, skin of your body to skin of the earth, or as close to that as possible. Do it and make it a habit. Good luck Eugenia

Here you go Videha, This i found to be a great general informational video on body voltage, how to measure it and the safe and unsafe levels. This gentleman has published many other videos on Youtube that can answer many of your questions and concerns. It is very interesting stuff.
