If it gets worse during day your local environment has got to have some bad mojo in it.

How meter is going to help you in build up areas or on the highway?
Are you having any vertigo on top of tinnitus?
There are crystals in the ear, and exercises to move them.

Jack I am definetly working on moving to a better area. In the meantime I am trying my best to improve my personal environment. Also, I think I need to clarify a few things. My jaw on both sides, but especially the left, pops and crackles when I move it or eat food. My inner ear drains every morning. I can feel it is clogged up and inflamed. The ENT says I have ETD. I think I may also have a mild form of TMJ. I'm missing my upper left 1st and 2nd bicuspids. I tend to chew only on the opposite side of the mouth. I say all this because head, neck, and jaw movements tend to make the tinnitus better or worse. This has only been going on two months. Before it was crazy loud, now I barely hear during the day but it is louder when laying down to sleep. I'm thinking something in my neck or jaw is not in alignment.

I don't know if I need to spend the money on a certified upper cervical specialist to do adjustments using an "atlas" machine (7 sessions for $900) or for a few sessions of cranial sacral massage therapy. ???

TINNITUS FACTOID: Cranial Nerve 8 (acoustic/vestibular nerve) is a bigger canary........hence why tinnitus is a big clue to a poor environemnt around your brain case. There is a growing body of research showing radiation from cellphones, wireless devices, and wifi is harmful. Minimize your exposure by placing it in airplane mode while carrying against your body, use an airtube headset or speaker phone while talking, and turn off your wifi at night.
"Trigeminal neurons were capable of detecting temperature changes far below skin temperature increases caused by cellphone radiation. Simulated cellphone radiation affected brain electrical activity associated with nonlinear cognitive processing of radiation-induced thermal afferent signals. Radiation standards for cellphones based on a thermal/nonthermal binary distinction do not prevent neurophysiological consequences of cellphone radiation." http://www.tandfonline.com/doi/abs/10.1080/15368378.2016.1194294?src=recsys&journalCode=iebm20

It's interesting about the Texas thing - tinnitus at night - i would say that is true because right now I am experiencing it - I am in the middle of Dallas / Fort Worth - and I sure didn't notice it this morning but now I certainly am and reading the above just made me more aware of it.

    Time for an update.

The tinnitus has subsided almost completely with a dramatic decrease in the last few days. My 6 weeks prediction seems to be on track. I don't notice it in the day and at night it is so faint that it doesn't bother me at all. If I get better, at all, I'll consider myself completely healed. I hope for the best but I'm cautious because I've gotten better and then much worse before......

Here is what I'm doing/have done:

    1. New mattress without coils. Wooden bed frame as well.
    2. sleeping with the windows open.
    3. Daily seafood intake. Aiming for at least 1/2 pound.
    4. At least 8 cups of RO water daily
    5. LOTS MORE SUN AND GROUNDING. Sun has recently gotten much stronger in Texas. I have been in the backyard for at least 1 hour every morning.
    6. I got rid of an old electric fan in the room. I think this was big. I tested it with the Cornet and thought it was far enough away from me....it was not apparently because within days of removing it...I got better. Coincidence? Maybe. Maybe not.
    7. I wear the blue blockers more...but still not nearly enough :shit:
    8. Phone charges in another room. Phone is in airplane mode most of the day.

Nature's Plus Krill Oil (high astaxanthin) Only on days I don't eat fish.
New Chapter MindForce. Contains Lion's Mane Mushroom which is excellent for stimulating BDNF, NGF, remyelination, anti-inflammatory, immune boosting, anti-anxiety, anti-stress.
    New Chapter Turmeric Force
New Chapter Omega 7. Excellent for inflammation and hydration.
Systemic Enzymes. Various brands, Wobenzyme, American Biologics, Helion.

    Nasal spray: Azelastine (Astepro)

I'm excited. Let's see where I am in two weeks with even stronger sun. ;)

Poor mitochondrial function strikes again in another sense under attack in this modern world we've created. The small mitochondrial protein, Fus1 acts like a small carbon nanotubes in the inner mitochondrial membrane. Membrane fusion allows the exchange of cellular contents including cytoplasmic proteins, nuclei, mitochondria, secretory organelles, and vacuoles. Fus 1 is such a fusion protein. This protein acts like a carbon nanotube connecting the cytosol to the outer and inner mitochondrial membrane. When this nanotube like structure is defective structurally, electronically, or atomically it acts like an aberrent carbon nanotube that disrupts the inner mitochondrial membrane to increase ROS and lead to hearing damage. It is now well known in the literature that carbon nanotubes (CNTs) are capable of instirgating damage in cells. CNT's are novel materials with unique electronic and mechanical properties. There are many published reports that multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWCNT) have potent, dose-dependent toxicity on cultured human cells. Molecular characterization studies have revealed that MWCNT induced substantial ROS production and mitochondrial inner membrane depolarization at sub-toxic doses that lead to end organ damage leading to tissue failure from energy deficits. MWCNT have been shown to stimulate the secretion of a panel of inflammatory cytokines and chemokines (TNFalpha, IL-1beta, IL-6, IL-10 and MCP1) from macrophages (Raw264.7) by activating the canonical NF-kappaB signaling pathway linked to leptin control. Activation of NF-kappaB signaling involves rapid degradation of NkappaB alpha, nuclear accumulation of NF-kappaBp65, binding of NF-kappaB to specific DNA-binding sequences, and transactivation of target gene promoters leading to cellular and tissue wide damage. Sadly this basic research has not reached the clinical world as this article from Yale clearly demonstrates. Quantum clinicians do not miss this kind of information. Tinnitus is a warning shot from your cochlea that your redox level in Ammon's horn is not good at all. Sound waves (phonons) are the pulse of the ocean in our cells, in our cochlea, or endolymphic sac and gives the spark of life that nature is capable of giving to life. Hearing is a sense built around air and the atmosphere. The atmopshere is a sphere within a sphere and it can create and electrical tension within the magnetosphere and the surface of earth where the gases we breathe and exhale is located. The Earth is a sphere surrounded by the sphere of ionosphere. That tension becomes an "acoustic pulse wave" for things that live within both spheres. When the tension changes in the environment the pattern of signaling in the hearing mechanisms changes things in these sensory cells. Blue light and nnEMF change the tension in that sphere to increase ubiquitination rates on all things. Tinnitus is the result you get when this occurs. These waves in our sensory cells connect to the tension present in tides of the sea in our cochlea and our endolymphic sac and they connect to us in ways few observe. Tides bring food to creatures and tides take boats out to sea. A sailor has the impression that the ocean is made of waves more than it is made of water because of how they sense them. The same is true with the sensory system. Heredity is about waves too but few realize it. Most humans believe life is about genetic waves in the nuclear genome but guys like me think it is about the environmental waves the crash and collide into our mitochondria and make mitochondrial waves that impact the inner mitochondrial membrane and the respiratory proteins to effect electron and proteon tunneling are they in turn make free radical signals and they quantize to the light a mitochondria liberates. It is general expression of the periodicity of organic life that is buried in our mitochondria. All generations belong to a continuous succession of waves of some sort, in which every single one resembles its predecessors and its followers yet changes because the world around forces that change.http://news.yale.edu/2017/02/07/antioxidants-and-hearing-loss

Point to remember: Electrical Engineer Yakov Schkolnikov confirmed under oath in government hearings that the frequency of the Wi-Fi was 2.45 GHz. That means that a 2.45 GHz router sends out light waves "move" at multiples of 2.45 billion cycles per second. Schkolnikov confirmed this fact by saying under oath in a federal hearing that the 2.45 GHz would oscillate 4.9 billion times per second. You do know that the mitochondria in all human cells oscillate at 100Hz huh? Do you think that these "waves" from tech gear are a mismatch at some level of how we generate energy in a mitochondria? Do you think this won't affect beta oxidation or glucose metabolism? Could this reduce energy in many ways we fail to realize to cause most modern diseases? I'll tell you what it means; that means the electromagnetic fields from the Wi-Fi router anywhere on earth will expand and collapse cells and organelles in some or any cells inside our bodies 4.9 billion times per measurable second. And you think this has no effect on cells? LOL. I've got a bridge to sell you in NYC then.

I've had 24 hour pulsatile tinnitus for 30 years! It's only on one side, the right. I also have significant hearing impairment in that ear. I was once told I had conductive deafness but wasn't offered anything to determine that and whether or not surgery might effect a cure. My latest assessment suggested otosclerosis which may be an inherited disposition which makes sense as both my mother, sister and both my daughters suffer in the same way with the same ear. Then I was to,d it is nerve damage. Who knows, I wish it would go although to some extent I've learned to ignore it.
