There's always those things that you know you should be doing but until something makes it real enough you never do it. Well tinnitus was it for me. I've been following Jack's work since he was on Mark's forum years ago. Until now I was just a casual observer happy with repeating the knowledge to everyone I see but not following it myself. Then tinnitus happened. I woke up one morning with a bad headache to the back of my head and a really achy neck. It didn't go away all day, by the next day I got a horrible ringing in my ears that hasn't stopped since. It's affected sleep and given me anxiety. Doctors have been predictably of little help.

Reading through the literature and Jack's work I know this is a byproduct of a sub optimal environment and inflammation. I just purchased the Cornet ED88T Electrosmog Meter so I can remove any sources of nnEMF from my house.

    Background:
    32yo old male
    5'7" @ 230lbs
    living in Fort Worth, TX
No other health conditions that I know of...

    Protocol: (In progress)

    1. Blue blocking lenses (done)
    2. Removal of nnEMF (ongoing)
    3. Epi-Paleo Rx
    4. Magnesium L-threonate
    5. Epsom Salt Soaks 3x weekly
    6. Ginger and Turmeric daily
    7. Vitamin K2
    8. LLLT therapy (hopefully)

I'll update back here when I know more and especially after playing around with my new meter! :) If anyone has any suggestions or sees anything I'm missing let me know and thank you!

I have had minor tinnitus, not to the degree you are describing. Modified headstands in the sun helped a lot. About 2-3 hrs beforehand I would eat sardines with mufa such as avocados.

I am doing another biohack that is improving my hearing but it is not complete yet... may write about it in a few months.

I would use an IR/660 or 830 nm light on the back of your head... Dr. K also mentioned a 660nm light into your ear - making it cold would probably help also - I use the Rubilux for this and Jesus I just pass out at night - I also got rid of tinnitus last year by just fastidiously walking the beach often -

I had minor tinnitus but totally gone now. I put it down to sun & grounding but guess it's probably 3 legged stool & associated stuff

There was an interesting post recently on the Gold Klub Facebook group about Tinnitus, light and sound frequencies
    https://www.facebook.com/groups/goldklub.jackkruse/permalink/1869939659907810/

I am looking to bio-hack/cure my own tinnitus but I don't know where to start. There is a whole bunch of facebook groups.

@Scompy you have some experience with Tinnitus and nnEMF. Any suggestions? I have tested my bedroom environment and it's 0.0154 volts per meter (in the green zone).

Thanks for all the responses!!! I believe it is time for an update!

First some history: My tinnitus, I believe, started two weeks ago after I woke up with a bad headache at the back of my head and neck. I went outside and stretched really hard at the back of the neck and then bam I got this ringing in the ears. At first it was rather severe but with the advice of a very good doctor who is part of the Quantum Biology group told me to take high doses of turmeric and systemic enzymes. By day 3 I was had a crazy pop sound in my left ear and the tinnitus got much quieter. Ever since then it has been a very high pitched background noise that rarely goes away. My ears still pop and I did feel a bit sick for a while. The sick feeling is fading in the last 3 or 4 days and finally yesterday I felt major breakthrough in my eustachian tube not popping all the damn time. This morning however, the high pitched tone is still their. If I move my head I can change the sound of the tinnitus. This, to me, is a clear indication of something physical whether that be some type of joint issue or just inflammation I don't know. The tinnitus seems to get better during the late afternoon and then get worse in the early AM or second part of sleep. I don't understand this pattern.

    Now the good stuff:
In the last week I've started taking therapeutic doses of

    1. Turmeric (3x daily),
    2. Ginger
    3. Grape seed extract
    4. Systemic enzymes
    5. DHA (1 grams per day) from fish
    6. At least a half gallon of RO water daily.

The Cornett has shown me that:

    1. My noise canceling headphones were cooking my brain. No longer.
    2. My microwave was effectively cooking my entire house. No longer.
    3. The smart meter is now wrapped in foil.
    4. Cellphone is in airplane at all times I am not using it.
    5. The router is unplugged after 10pm.

A non coil spring mattress is on the way as the coils may be interfering with the tinnitus as well by acting as antenna for magnetism or nnEMF.

Reading the latest blog it appears like adopting a ketogenic seafood based diet Epi-Paleo Rx may help me a bit during this time. It also seems like the quantlet may help.

How bad was your tinnitus? I have a device that states its 650 nm light. I wonder if this will still work?

With regards to wrapping smart meter in foil, if it is on an external house wall, that may be a good strategy for your neighbour but not for you as it reflects back the radiation into your house.

What I did is put up a large book case against the wall opposite the meter, covered the back in multiple layers of foil and then grounded it by attaching a crocodile clip and running a wire out the window into the earth.

Also worth a try ringing your electricity provider (more than once!) and asking for it to be swapped out for an analogue one as it is giving you medical issues.

If the tinnitus is coming back in the middle of the night or in the morning, you may want to check the back of your walls in your room for magnetic EMF sources like a gas or electrical meter or even a cable cord running on the outside of the wall. I'm assuming you're shutting down power to your room from the circuit breaker. If you're not, consider unplugging all lamps, clocks or any devices near your bed when you are sleeping, and just to play it safe, move the bed itself about 2 inches away from the wall into the room. If you have a game console, also unplug from the wall because of the RF emission. If these things don't fix the problem, then at least it helps to eliminate variables.

I started getting intermittent mild tinnitus in September, usually when I woke up, or sometimes after visiting my Mum in the nnemf hell nursing home. I did a search of the word tinnitus on the forum, and cut and paste any comments Jack had made on the subject. My Dad had chronic tinnitus, my mother didn't but started losing her hearing in her early fifties, by her 70s she was extremely deaf, and developed AD in her 80s, (dots connected from things Jack had said) so with the maternal mitochondria link I was interested in why I was suddenly getting tinnitus. I notice it more in the mornings after I have had a good nights sleep with vivid dreams .... So its got me wondering if, if tinnitus is the brain's way of trying to heal itself by creating phonons to raise the DC electric current in the brain to increase the local melatonin levels to shrink the respiratory proteins, whether - in my maternal mitochondrial context- in some cases this could be a good sign? At least my brain is able to try after a good night's sleep......? My main "treatment" is to drink a lot of water, and go outside and CT (30 minutes of 5C in the pouring rain this morning:eek:), with grounding, and photon scavenging. To start with it would take 20 minutes for the tinnitus to disappear, its now down to about 15 minutes, maybe because the water is getting colder and shrinking the respiratory proteins faster.

Since I have a tinnitus super-power that comes and goes very quickly, I've observed some longer periods of tinnitus CLEARING after eating 85% or higher dark chocolate. The nnEMF gets the tinnitus to kick in within a minute, but if I had just eaten like a half bar of dark chocolate about an hour previously, the tinnitus is louder and takes a little longer for it to go away (like about a half-hour instead of 10 mins).

SPECIAL NOTE: I have a massive control over my eardrums and opening/closing them. I had over 100 inner ear infections as a child, and I can literally get fresh air to be pulled in and out of my eardrum whenever I want and somehow open/close my inner ear drums. Secondly, part of this airflow can even go into my sinuses and up into my eyes. Case in point... one time eating salsa and doing this breathing technique, I got hotsauce into my eye itself from the sinuses.

Here is what I suspect as a possibility: due to the caffeine and dehydration influence, it's somehow influencing the EZ within my inner ear fluid. Possibly because of my breathing, I'm able to cool down the area quickly and pull in water/moisture from the air to shut down the tinnitus as another thought.

That's amazing... I wonder if you have residual streptococous in your ears trashing your redox? A fun hack would be to take a probiotic, put it directly on your tongue and leave it their or maybe one of those lozenger probiotics and see how that affects your ears - my kids - unbeknowst to me - poured hydrogen peroxide into their ears to clear ear wax - tried it with a spray - it doesn't hurt - but don't think that it would get far enough in there to do any good - I guess that's why those ozone ear gizmos are such a hit:)

try it - somewhere on this site Dr. K posted the correct wavelength for tinnitus -

So I've tried H3O2 in the ears in the past and wow was that a mistake! With that ability I have, the peroxide KEPT the air-flowing always coming into ears without giving me the ability to shut it down! That lasted almost an entire 24 hours, so I told myself I'd never do that again! It was like putting your head outside in a windy blizzard without any ability to cover-up the ears. I shoved some cotton into my ears and had to be away from loud-sounds until my ears recovered.

I think the probiotic under the tongue is an interesting idea. I can try that one to see if anything happens, but this past year, I've also been opening my mouth to the sun mid-day to see if that helped my tinnitus, and it seemed to...but not enough to say conclusively yet.

It's so weird really, I've always been under the impression that the hole that drains your sinus would be too small and you would be more prone to sinus infections due to poor drainage, yet it appears that your sinus drainage hole is large...
