Coconut oil is composed of approximately 66% medium-chain triglycerides aka MCT.

Thank you - I never could understand why coconut oil was abbreviated as MCT. Now it makes better sense. (This is from someone who took two weeks to figure out the SW, CW and GW.

By the way, my SW (last May) was 245-250, my CW is 175 and my GW is 150. I used hCG for 3 rounds and have stabilized using the LR. I have begun the CT a couple of weeks ago. 5 years ago, I had 66% of my pancreas removed (along with my spleen) because of a very fast growing tumor. It tripled in size in a month. It was still completely encased, but was within 4 mm of reaching the distal wall of the pancreas. The head of the pancreas was saved. Then, last Nov. I had to have half my thyroid removed because of a large calcified, hot nodule. The surgeon went back in to remove the rest of the thyroid 2 weeks later because the nodule had 2 different spots of carcinoma. Both very small, papillary with variants of fibulary. So, I am needing the ct for both diabetes and hypothyroidism, as well as those last 25 pounds.
