    No issues with anything. If I was to have dairy every day I would feel it, I'd bloat and feel a bit sick. A tiny bit once to twice a week seems to work. Tomatoes never caused n issue. Eggs, more than 2 in particular, used to cause gut ache, but not anymore. I've been working on healing my gut since July 2012. Took about 8 months!

    Pan-fried coconut-crusted fish fillets. Place white fish fillets in a bowl with 2 whited eggs, 100 unsweetended coconut water, salt and pepper. Then place on a plate covered with desiccated coconut. Make sure fish is covered with both batter and coconut, then pan-fry for 2-3 min on each side. Scrummy!!

    I make bone broth and freeze it in small blocks. It is nice instead of tea or coffee occasionally. I am hoping it is very nourishing.

    All of your food looks sooooo delicious Glam but really? You can't post food porn like this and not post the recipe with it!! :) You know we are on pins and needles over here drooling on our keyboards. Haha! Can I have the recipe please?



    I'm soooo making this (and about a dozen other things) as soon as I can. How I long for real parma ham.

    Hahahah you girls crack me up! Sorry, I guess I like to hear the begging from the masses. LOL



    Here you go, primal choc fudge recipe:



    ‎1 bar of Lindt 85% (even better, 90% if you can find it), 200 grams raw cocoa butter, some ghee, 4 tbs raw cacao powder, 1/4 tsp stevia, sprinkle of sea salt, 1 tsp cinnamon. Let it all melt over how water bath in a bowl, stir, pour in ca 50 grams of coconut flour, then pour into greaseproof tray, let it set in fridge till firm. I gave it 2 hours, and that left it slightly gooey in the middle, which was good. You can also use almond or hazelnut-meal if you want a praline flavour, or add vanilla, or peppermint etc etc.

    Ok good thing it's not just me! It's funny since going paleo I find my mouth does not water as much...that pic made my mouth water! :) All of your pictures are fantastic!

    The best place I've found for cocoa butter is nutsonline.com. If anyone has a better/cheaper place let me know!
