No - I haven't ... but I am really interested. So you only initially noticed the charge? I wonder what others say? Are you sleeping better?
I can remember having that muscle testing done years ago and I kind of thought that it was a crock. Some one did an article on it ....they went to different practitioners and got different responses...
I once had some testing done with a machine and water - but I can't remember anything about it......

Maybe you should do some testing with magnets like Nonchalant is doing ...... she is really noticing things as far as placement etc. goes

Totally Caroline. I've been totally fascinated by Nonchalant's experiment with magnets and am thinking of ordering some for myself. I have to figure out this whole north/south thing first though. I didn't notice any change in my sleeping with the resonator. In fact, my sleeping's been off. Not quite sure why though. Maybe the magnet will help. I'm embarrassed to say that I looked on Craigslist for anyone selling a magnetico sleep mattress pad and found one being sold by a woman whose mother just died. She said it was barely used. That might be going a bit too far lol

No - I don't think that is going too far at all....it has to be sold - why not to you?
I think that Sally got her magnets at a hardware store and she has a compass. We will have to pick her brain some more!

I think maybe you are noticing the season change? You are moving into fall. I had a terrible time when we moved into fall - and now my sleep has gone to crap again - and we are moving into spring. Dr. K. Said some people are very sensitive to the season changes. I thought it would just be going into fall ....but maybe all season changes?

I can remember in Canada feeling lousy in the spring for awhile and thinking ....this is ridiculous - I should be deliriously
Happy now that spring is here.

OMG, you're brilliant. I hadn't thought of the seasonally changes. I'd better get off the carb wagon I seemed to have gotten myself into these last few weeks. I'm so glad you reminded me. I remember when you were going through those changes last Fall and noticing the differences. Did you manage to stay relatively keto all winter? And, if you did, did your weight stay stable.

And, thanks for reframing my potential mattress purchase :)

Do it - I don't think you will regret it - and if you do you could always resell it for sure.
I have no trouble staying very low carb at all - in fact I worry I should have more.... I lots of time don't have any.
I really struggled last fall. I quite often now do IF - if my weight is yo yoing....is that a word? I do much better if I cut fruit altogether and dark chocolate too. I don't think I drink anywhere near enough water. When I haven't had much water my weight is always up the next day - by at least a kilo.
Kettle bell swings have made a huge difference for me and my weight is the lowest it has ever been and I now have a waist!
For me - I need to eat very simply - and I love it. That would be hard for you because you have a life :)

I think we have really hijacked this thread.....
I need to fix my sleep - so if I could - I would definitely get a magnetico. I definitely need to cut back computer time and throw my iPad out as JK suggested.....I hate it when he is always right!

I am going to go and look at magnets and then do more reading.....

I'm glad we had this "talk." I was off track for these last few weeks, but feeling more directed again -- so thank you. I've been doing a few sprints on the beach. I think I'll add some kettle bell swings in as well, and, more importantly get back to keto. I'm waiting to hear back about the gauss strength of the mattress pad but she does only wants $50 for it :)

    Sorry for the hijack everyone.

    I broke the magic. :(

Yesterday I ate a sweet potato, and early this morning I got hungry. While still laying on the Magnetico.
Sitting in my magic chair didn't help either, just got hungrier. :( :(
Guess I have to do it right so everything is in order.

But at least my throat is still happy. Its been quite a while since it complained last.
Oh, and my hands feel good too. Earlier this Summer I made them sore with some work I was doing, and it took a couple weeks for them to recover. And after that they hurt if I squeezed them hard or something like that. Arthritis, I guess. I had a touch of it before I stopped the SAD way. With all this magnet carrying, I think they are really getting healed. Nice!

Well, back on the keto pathway for this girl! I crave the magic!

Oh, curves, grab it! I bought my King-sized one for $450, but it was 10 years old. I wouldn't have a Magnetico if it hadn't been for Craigslist.
She didn't have to tell you about her mother, sheesh.

Nonchalant, I'm totally inspired by your experiments with magnets. I'm going to conduct some now too.

And thank you for sharing that you got your mattress on Craigslist! I was really debating about it whether it was a good idea or not. For $50 I should just grab it anyway. I don't think the daughter knows exactly what a magnetic mattress really is. She just knows her mother paid a lot for it and it wasn't used much. I'll just have to get over being squeamish about her mom. :)

Good news, my sweet potato indiscretion did not mess up the magnet's ability to keep me from shivering during CT. :) I used the large, 250# magnet, and the bath started at 36F. I did shiver once, near the end of the hour. And I was a bit hungry before the bath, having skipped lunch.

I also found that I was able to hold my breath a bit longer, when I dunked my face.

I wonder if a magnet would be useful during winter, instead of turning the heater up.

I'm going to be taking my magnets soon to a more rural location. Maybe I can catch some of them Schumanns.

I find it pretty funny that we think of having a sweet potato as an indiscretion! It used to be half a chocolate cake!!

I was wondering about this too... I was going to buy one of these, or the necklace Shijin has, or maybe the Pluggz shoes or Earthrunners... would just like to spend wisely and KNOW which is BEST? ANYONE?

I was wondering the same thing about a bracelet or necklace. Does it really help and which one would be better?

Caroline, I was giggling about the same thing! Times have certainly changed!
