    Well here goes...this is my first time really journalling. So I will provide some brief medical and personal history so we have a context of what I am dealing with. Here is my profile:

    Athletic Muscular female
    40 years old
    Tall, Medium Build
    I work out 2-4 times per week at he gym - cardio and weight training
    No issues with energy.

    Diet

    Vegetarian for 5 years until November 19, 2012 Had grass feed red meat!
    Started to eat salmon of March 2013 about 1-2 times a week
    Don't eat PUFA oils
    Lots of olive and flax seed oil
    Still ate eggs while a vegetarian about 2 - 3 per day.
    Eliminated Dairy accept for organic 2% cottage cheese and flax oil combined
    Don't drink pop, coffee, juice only herbal tea (no caffiene)
    Only eat Ezekiel Bread and don't eat any carbs with gluten
    May occassional have a cookie or some dessert
    Don't drink alcohol
    Drink plenty of home-made smoothies such has kale, spinach and swiss chard
    Drink Reverse Osmosis water with added trace minerals (I do this)
    Don't eat fruit accept for raspberries and blueberries
    Eat lentils and chickpeas NO RICE
    Drink almond Milk
    Eat alot of avacados
    Eat 4 tablespoons of Organic coconut oil a day
    Just started to eat read meat as a start to PAELO

    Medical History

    Cancer:
    2006 Diagnosed with Non-Hodgkins Lymphoma Folicular B cell
    Told it was incurable
    Did 8 weeks of CVPR and 2 Years of Rituxan
    Tumour came back in 2010
    Did 5 weeks of back-to-back radiation-tumour disappeared
    Decided to take matters in my own hands and go natural DID A TON RESEARCH OVER A FEW YEARS
    Tumour came back in my neck
    Changed diet and started to take supplements to change my chemistry
    All tumours are gone and I am in complete remission
    I will never ever do chemo or radiation again knowing there are other safer alternatives

    Anxiety:
    Woke up in January of 2013 worrying incessantly about the lymphoma coming back.
    Chronic worry, can't stop, was wondering what the heck happened over night?
    This persisted for several months and was at it's peak in March of 2013.
    Hands started to tingle and feet
    Vibration in legs and feet that would come and go.
    Slight tremour in my peripherals espeically in the morning.
    Developed numbness in hands and tops of my feet.
    Self diagnosed PN.
    Stopped worrying about my issues, my body still continues in the "sympathetic state"??
    Take St.John's wort if anxiety becomes intolerable.
    I feel my adrenal glands are taxed and need a break.

    Daily Supplmentation

    Cancer protocol:
    B12, 10,000 iu of D3, Beta 3D glucan, Barely grass, CO Q10 and selenium, vitamin multi-pack

    Eyes:
    Vision essentials -bilberry and luten (really helps!)

    Anxiety and Periperal neuropathy:
    Just started with protocol about 2 weeks ago.
    Liquid Magnesium, 4 tablespoons of coconut oil, Reservatrol, Krill oil, L-Carnitine, R-Alpha Lipoic Acid, Liquid Iodine drops, Liquid B complex

    Overall Health:
    Sea vegetables (contains iodine), probiotic,

    Non-Native EMF
    Eliminated cell phone from bedroom and unplugged lamp.
    Removed landline phone as well.
    Room is dark with no artifical light.
    Have 2 alarm clocks but are positioned away from the bed
    Cell phone is turned off when I 'm not using it. Never in my pocket.


    Ok, can't think of anything else at the moment.

    Some early thoughts Frankie ......you need to get rid of the alarm clocks. Can you turn off the breaker to your bedroom?

    Do you have a smart meter? do your neighbours have a smart meter? Do you use a microwave? It should be unpluged.

    Have you considered starting the Leptin reset - using the epi paleo template? C/T will be huge for you.

    There are easy start guides on the home page.

    You really need to clean up your diet ....ditch the pulses and the ezekial bread and the fruit for now.

    just eat simply from the epi paleo template.

    Don't hesitate to ask lots of questions ..... there is a ton of stuff here to take on board.
