Fit Bits Post

Discussion in 'Optimal Fitness' started by Simon Wright, Dec 10, 2018.

  1. Hi Jack,

I just read your Fitbits post. Whilst its a different products the Oura ring is touted as a very low output device and one that can be turned off and on for use with bluetooth (like the Quantlet).

Do you know of anyone that has tested this . Or does this fall into the basket of jump conduction because of the circuitry involved?

To note I don't have one but the output in terms of data seems rather impressive

I find any of these gadgets as inhibitors of our own tracking and monitoring abilities.

Subtraction brings gains. All we seem to do today is add.

Oura measures mainly sleep and recovery. Here's how I measure it

    - I listen to my body. If I wake up and feel off, my sleep wasn't good. If I don't feel like training hard, I'm tired and go easy.

Best bio-hacking device ever, and it costs nothing.

Ben perspective will always default to this........mine won't. It is your job to figure out why we differ.
