    ingredients:

    - whatever fish/seafood you want - i had salmon, cod, smoked mussles and crayfish-tails. go crazy!
    - some veggies of choice - i had fresh leek, squash, mushrooms, half an onion and some yellow bellpepper.
    - half a lemon.
    - sambal oelek (or curry).
    - lime- or lemon pepper.
    - 100g philadelphia or other cream cheese (optional if paleo).
    - 3dl heavy cream (coconut milk if paleo).
    - some butter.

    1. fry up the vegetables in butter.
    2. add the cream and cream cheese (or just coconutmilk).
    3. add the spices, sambal oelek (or curry), and the juice of half a lemon.
    4. dice and add the fish and mussles, let stew for a while. the smoked mussles add amazing flavour!
    5. when the fish has gotten whiter in the flesh, take the pot off the stove and stir in the shrimp or crayfish.
