First round ever of HCG started today

    VLCD #12 down .2 lbs for a total of 11.8 pounds

    Colleen I went down a bit from 125 iu and my hunger was a bit better yesterday. I have to mix another batch of hcg today. Can I re-use the mixing vial I have or should I get out another? Also, I think the loose stool was fro to much Hcl since I cut back to 2 pills per meal now and I am back to normal. I think 3 was to much for the small amount of protein and I think shrimp & chicken are easier for me to digest.

    Yesterday, I had chicken, cucumber a few grape tomatoes & an apple for lunch. Chicken over spinach with ACV & some spices as a dressing & a baked apple for dinner.

    Today for lunch shrimp, cabbage & an apple. Dinner beef, cucumber & Bubbies pickle & an apple. I am so excited to have some beef! LOL

    You have to get a new mixing vial. :( Glad the bowel issue is resolved and the hunger is better!

    VLCD #13 down .4 lbs. Total 12.2 pounds!

    Today is my skip day. Colleen and/or Cavemam is it 40 total injections in a full round including the load days? Just trying to gauge how much time I have left & if I will have enough HCG to do another round which I think I will need at the end of Feb. when I get back from NYC.

    So I guess I should not have spoken so soon cause I had loose stool yesterday afternoon again and now I am wondering if it is the cabbage?! I eat quite a bit raw and I haven't really ever noticed cabbage to do that to me before but then again I usually don't eat that much raw when I eat other things. I guess I will have to keep experimenting.

    I have nothing on the potty issues, I had polar opposite probs. I only went like once every 10 days! And it was epic yet perfect according to charts if ya know what I mean!

    So, CONGRATS ON THE 12.2 Lbs!!! I know to those that go on any diet and drop 10 lbds that first month this seems a little nuts - but you were like many of us, would do hurculean efforts for months on end and the scale wouldn't budge.

    Also, the best part is the hunger signal changes and how easy it is to re-set things when done. You don't come off this in starvation mode.

    VLCD #14 down .8 lbs for a TOTAL of 13 pounds!!!! Woohoo!

    My monthly visitor came and I am sure that has something to do with it but I will take it! I was 2 days early or 4 depending on how you look at it but I have pretty much had 26 day cycles since starting progesterone. This was 24 days but I also forgot to up my dose for 3 days and from what I have read some ladies periods get a bit wonky on hcg. I just hope it doesn't last forever since it is slow to start.

    Colleen I know you said your daughter takes progesterone also. Does she take any while on her period?

    Yesterday did shrimp, cabbage & apple for lunch and same today

    Dinner was delicious & I think I am going to have it again today. Steamed a chicken breast in a bit of broth & then shredded it & added onion & garlic powder, cumin & chili powder over romaine. I did add a few Tbsp of no sugar organic salsa for dressing but I counted that as my fruit. It was really good and I adore Chipotle so it reminded me of that. LOL

    She takes it through her entire cycle but lowers it just before her period. Great losses!!

    VLCD #15 down .4 pounds. Total 13.4 pounds.

    Will take measurements tomorrow & report.

    Going to try a new recipe tonight. Shrimp cooked in broth & garlic over cabbage noodles with P2 pesto (basil, garlic, salt, pepper) sounds yummy!

    Thanks Colleen! I can finally see my body shape changing! Can't wait to get into smaller pants & go pants shopping! I hardly ever buy pants cause I am so pear shaped. Not going to buy to much though as I am pretty sure I will do another round end of February to get where I want to be. But I tried on some clothes today and dare I say I fit into size SMALL tops! Not since before my kids! So, so happy!

    Thanks Colleen, getting closer now to loading days. One more day of Epi-Paleo, then loading and off we go. Have been impatiently waiting those last 6 weeks

    VLCD #16 no change on scale. Total 13.4 pounds

    Did my weekly measurements!

    Bust 1" ----Total 2"

    Waist 1"----Total 2"

    Thighs 1" each---Total 2" each

    Hips 1.5" -----Total 3"

    Today spicy chicken, romaine & a few Tbsp of organic, no sugar salsa for lunch

    Dinner shrimp, cabbage noodles & pesto. It was very good & I made extra to just heat & go. Tomorrow evening I am going to make a P2 chili with ground chicken. I am out of grass fed ground beef :( and portion it out for the week to go over romaine. When I eat anything with tomato & lettuce I count the tomato as my fruit.

    Not discouraged yet especially after taking measurements! So glad I took them when I started, helps the motivation for sure!

    VLCD #17 down 1.2 pounds!!!! I got on the scale 3 times to be sure! LOL Total 14.6 pounds!!!

    Going to make chili tonight to portion out for the week since I will be eating dinner & lunch at work a few days next week.

    Tonight going to finish off my shrimp, cabbage noodles & pesto & have some apple pie- I take a Granny Smith apple sliced thin, juice of half lemon, couple drops stevia in pan just till warm & sprinkle with pumpkin pie spice..yummy!

    Lunch will probably chicken, cucumber & maybe an orange for the first time

    VLCD # 19 missed posting yesterday, so busy! So yesterday was down .2 & today .4 for a total of .6 Total 14.6 pounds. I think my math was off somewhere.

    Today shrimp, cabbage & apple for lunch

    Dinner hamburger salad- grass fed beef pattie over chopped romaine, I throw a little raw onion on it too and some chopped up Bubbies pickles & make a dressing with Bubbie pickle juice, tomato paste, dry mustard & onion & garlic powder. Had this last Sunday too it was a treat!
