What could be going on in Male 34 years who requires 100-125mg dexamphetamine to function due to severe fatigue?

Thin with strong appetite often hungry. Could that really just be leptin resistance or something deeper and irreversible?

Any specific testing to do if emf well controlled and light cycles well controlled but need for dex still persisting?

nnEMF toxicity is the first thing that came to mind. You need to hire a building biologist or nnEMF engineer to assess it.
