Fasted State Training Adaptations

    Boil it all down to fewest possible words. This is a typical days routine that can be adapted to your own personal situations.

    The body likes routine. Getting used to the same times. Having got to sleep around 10pm, you can wake fully refreshed and rested around sunrise.

    Head straight outside as soon as wake up wearing as little as possible, get down on the ground skin touching the earth start doing 100 burpees. Build up a sweat and lay on your back looking up at the sunrise breathing correctly.

    Next have a cold water shower outside in the sun. Dry off have a good bowel movement about 8am then get dressed and go to work or whatever you do. Loop all your metabolic water all day. Try to be outside as much as possible look at the sun as much as you can through the day. Fast only looping orin all day until 5pm consume your OMAD until 6pm.

    Watch the sunset, and from then on wear blue blocking red glasses until 10 when you go to sleep inside a silver faraday canopy.

    So it's okay to train fasted state and it's beneficial for healthy, lean individuals than training in fed state?

    This has been my experience also. I have found CT/keto adapted works wonders for staying slim as if hibernating and maximizing autophagy. Keeps hunger levels down so fasting becomes a breeze. However, while it's helped keep me lean, when it comes to lifting heavy (strength training), I'd tend to plateau. Since then I've significantly increasing my caloric intake, and upped protein and the gains have been ridiculous. I still keep carbs low (50g or under on training days). I've gained about 15 lbs in just under 3 months, and have made some incredible strength gains. My moods have improved and I definitely feel like my T levels have surged, although I have not measured. I have to forcefeed myself most of the time, but I am staying lean and putting on mass. These are gains I normally wouldn't have made naturally (I have a history of AAS use in my bodybuilding days) and I've been accused of juicing again.

    The only thing I have to ensure is that I rest long enough between sets to replenish ATP. That's usually 3 mins minimal, and potentially up to 6-8 mins between heavy sets of squats. I'm also modifying my volume as my intensity creeps up. I may experiment with some nicotine pre-workout and see how that works out for me.

    Fasted state is by far the best time to train

    Doing the 100 burpies in less than ten mins before your one meal a day is the best after 20+ hrs fast

    The spending most of my time outdoors I can do - the hardest part for me is staying away from people and large cities. I love going to museums, art, galleries, and cafes, and I love being among people.

    It's such a special time when you go over 20hrs being in a fasted state

    This is the time to do your excercise and even better if its outside in the sun

    Still going strong....... Fasting daily, 16-20 hours and most all workouts done fasted..... Transitioned to a carnivore diet (EPI-CARNIVORE - SEAFOOD BASED AND DAILY CONSUMPTION) and find it just a simple way to eat. Been at it with the carnivore approach for over 3.5 years as a N=1. Makes life easy......

    I still don´t get how to time exercise best for health, is there a magic formula? Damm lol. I thought 3-5pm was best time for humans to exercise circadianly wise, and having breakfast is super good for the rythm. Sooo.. I was doing 2/week either OMAD (breakfast) and some sprinting/swimming/calisthenics/short run at 3-5 pm without post workout meal or that same with some protein afterwards (I´d swear I read Jack in blogs recommending both, in Ubiiq-stg and CT-7). But that´s not really fasted training

    And he advised against working out pre-breakfast not to get super high cortisol... Is it good what I´m doing if I´m just into health and not performance??? ...

    Context matters. If you're fat and leptin resistant, skipping breakfast and exercising is not smart. Better to fix your circadian rhythm, get hormones back in order, before trying that approach.

    Hmm yeah I supposed, it is probably an stressor that can make or break you depending on your redox/health status... Thing is I don´t really know where I am at. I am not fat, actually I am quite ripped and muscular and did tons of sport in the past, but I´m still fixing androgen receptor damage. How does this fit into the exercise equation?? And with leptin? No f*** idea lol. A guy that recovered from the "post finasteride syndrome"

    * did a ton of exercise and some crazy fasting, I was thinking combining both could give me an extra push, aside from the light thing. I don´t know, I feel pretty energetic aside from not great boners. I did months ago some calisthenics/sprints in 24 hour fasts and didn´t felt much difference. It´s weird

    Always some kind of problems when the boners are not (totally) natural.
    My boners are ok, day and night, just very hard to finish, lack of that final sensitivity.

    Exercise can deplete electrons in the CNS as they are diverted to muscles. Bigger muscles contain more mitochondria in the muscle system. You need mitochondria more in the heart muscle and brain where electrons are stored in humans. This causes the Leptin receptor to detect decreases in electron energy stored in the CNS. This will screw up your hormones. IE testosterone. Your boner power is going to your skeletal muscles. It’s either big muscles or strong boners. Your choice. Of course you know all of these programs are mediated by the photon power you absorb during the day and magnetic flux created at night in the absence of light.

    I´d rather get strong boners. Just to clarify, I bet you mean overexercising or getting into bodybuilding can rob you "boner power", especially in a world that is already stealing us power through man made freqs, but some sport is generally good no??? My intuition tells me 1-2/week some intense stuff outdoors is good. I´m just athletic mesomorph and good body, not fat but not super big 1.80cm/85kg.

    Yeah I heard Jack saying too much muscle can be a problem in 5G/high EMF world especially, since it is hard to get good mitocondria in all tissues. And inversely having some fat (not obese) can be protective, but I think he was refering especially as you age. Though I have a past of overtraining my potency problem comes primarily from elsewhere (Merck).

    That said the best thing I found to improve dick hardness is CT, not exercise, not Sun. Only problem is the effect wears off after some hours-1 day. Trying to figure out how to "hold that charge".

    My boners are sometimes ok sometimes not. The times they´re good also I find hard to finish in masturbation, but the libido is definitely good, meaning I do have the mental impulse for sex/masturbate. I have oportunity with girls but I´m holding it cause I wanna make sure the instrument is "fine tuned", if you allow me the analogy lol.
