Risk of future Cardiac Disease for heterozygous FH patients:
Hypertension: 8.0 times the risk = lack of UVA and IRA light = low NO
Diabetes: 6.2 times the risk = blue light hazard from melanopsin dysfunction
Low HDL: 1.9 times the risk = pregnenolone steal syndrome associated with altered T3 and Vitamin A levels
High Trigs: 1.8 times the risk = excessive carbohydrate consumption outside of the solar cycles of photosynthesis
And having higher LDL? Well, that's 1.16 times the risk.

Wow. Are you surprised? If so you are no Black Swan. Here is the Paper: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/24529147
