    Is cortisol low/high? Why is it tie to cortisol? How do you fix it? ect ?

    Bill, how I see it (could be totally wrong tho) is, inflammation = pain = raises your cortisol.... pain feels bad and that is why it causes stress = high cortisol
    and ongoing high cortisol destroys your hormones.... as any chronic stress does

    inflammation blocks conversion of LDL cholesterol to pregenolone........that is where the shit hits the fan. There are several blogs on this.

    google Jack Kruse, pregnenelone steal,inflammation,ldl .You will get a ton of hits . Generally if you try to find something searching on google not this site gives decent results.
