    So many people do not understand what quantized means in biology. It is simple.

    In the late 1800's, physics was facing a crisis. Physicists were trying to model atomic vibrations, but they kept getting it wrong. All the physics they knew at that point said it should look a certain way, but reality looked completely different and no one knew why.


    The problem would be solved by a man named Max Planck. Previous physicists had assumed that atomic vibrations were continuous; that is, they could vibrate at any frequency. Planck decided to assume that atoms could only vibrate at certain frequencies that were whole number multiples of some base frequency, which he called h. In other words, atoms could vibrate at the h frequency, or 2h, or 3h, but not 2.5h.

    This was a really bizarre assumption, but it worked. It turns out that atoms (and a lot of other stuff) can only take certain specific values. In physics, we say that atomic vibrations are quantized. Planck's discovery would ignite a flurry of research in a new field of physics called quantum mechanics. That h constant that Planck discovered would eventually be called Planck's constant, and it literally puts the "quantum" in "quantum mechanics."

    So what is the key: the environment you allow is key to the vibrations your body gets and that determines the reality you experience. If that environment ruins the proper vibrations, sickness manifests. Taking drugs won't fix it.......only changing the environment will. Focus on that. If you cannot change it.......do nothing to further disturb your biology. The human brain will hate this message because it believes it can mitohack nature to make things better. It cannot. You cannot out think nature.

    The spectral quality of light is the crucial environmental factor to consider when dealing with light in aging and behaviors, in my opinion. Besides monochromatic light, one could use polychromatic light, enriched in blue wavelength for instance to change human thought and behavior. These would be more applicable to real life and have been reported to improve some aspects of cognitive performance relative to classical incandescent light. Each non-visual response (eye clock) to light will require special attention of citizen scientist as they may be differently affected by age because heteroplasmy rates rise naturally as we age. John Ott reported this in Health and Light in the Sarasota school experiment, yet we act like we have no clues why kids are depressed cannot sleep and shoot one another. Heteroplasmy rates of the retinohypothalamic rely in part on different photoreceptor contributions in the RPE and partly independent brain pathways I covered in the Vermont 2017 video.

    Furthermore, investigations by citizen scientists need to identify light characteristics (quality, quantity, duration) that can effectively modulate alertness and cognitive performance in their aging in their environments to make proper choices of what to do NEXT. Just doing for the sake of doing will only reinforce the idea that you have to move to a new place fast. In order to reach a better understanding of the eye factors upon brain sensitivity to light, future investigational personal bio-hacks need to measure pupil size at the time of the experience or should include older starfish who have undergone lens replacement following a cataract surgery. As it is now recognized that melanopsin gene polymorphism (OPN4) influences pupil size under light exposure and that clock gene polymorphism (PER3) influences non-visual sensitivity to light according to sleep pressure and circadian phase. To regain this effect, you then need to change your environment to improve your quantum yield. If you don't you will continue to get what you have gotten. This is why autism, mood disorders, and suicides are growing in kids and why Alzheimer's and Parkinson's are exploding in adults.

    Proteins are biomolecules that are designed to absorb specific solar radiation frequencies that drive cell signaling. These frequencies must not be reflective but must be absorbed by the cells and tissues to work. Once absorbed by the atoms in light the light is changed in its frequency and in its color. That light is then re-emitted by cells for signaling. That light can vary from the extreme low UV range to infraRED. Proteins have been selected for and built by nature to pay attention to these specific frequencies of light. This is why certain amino acids are coded for in DNA and why all proteins are made from these amino acids by life. The resulting color is the signal at the detector proteins in adjacent cells and structures. Color determines the frequency in life. Life really is color-coded, just as foods are.
    When you lose negative feedback control of any coupled system the result is extinction. When you have a half-truth you really are left with a total lie. The only difference you will find in the path you follow will be the rate of your decline with time will differ. The rate of decay and decline is directly proportional to the ubiquitination rates in cells and tissues.
    Only thing I ask, is if you can’t decide whose advice to follow, just get out of “my doorway” to let people come and go as they choose; I want people using their own mind to decide what is correct, so we can finally do something about modern man’s problems. Man’s modern destruction is a quantized ecosystem allowing the solar radiations to become uncoupled from the nitrogen cycle to drive biomass flows via carbon cycles.

    This is why insulin, leptin, adiponectin, norepinephrine, melatonin, dopamine, and melanin are all fundamentally solar hormones or neurotransmitters. Most people have no idea this is true. It also points out why the Leptin Rx is designed around eating more during early sunlit hours. Mitochondria cristae have to be “geometrically lined” up perfectly around the central matrix to burn fat properly. Dr. Doug Wallace research has shown us this in experiments. The alignment leads to a specific vibration or oscillation from the mitochondria. This means that mitochondria oscillations have to be perfect to get this alignment. In healthy mitochondria the oscillation is around 100Hz. If you cannot decipher the environmental signals well from our surfaces, you automatically become reliant on glycolysis and not the TCA cycle as sugar burner and not a fat burner via beta-oxidation.

    This has nothing to do with the fuel source you deliver to mitochondria because all food is essentially electrons. Foods have no ability to shrink respiratory proteins. This is why there is a delay in becoming being able to burn fat when you change your life. It also points out why appetite suppressant drugs really work on people initially in a weight loss program. They force you to fast chemically, and this shrinks your respiratory proteins because you are intermittent fasting via a chemical signal. If you remain in the same environment once you stop the appetite suppressants, that causes leptin resistance by elongating the respiratory proteins on ECT. This slows electron tunneling speeds and you will regain the weight and develop chronic fatigue.

    You have to replace the defective mitochondria first and foremost in any reversal, by lowering your high heteroplasmy rate, to become a fat burner who can induce autophagy at sleep during fasting. It has NOTHING TO do with the food FUEL. That is a bad idea built upon a food guru business plan to sell you foods, supplements and diet books.

    I was watching the talk yesterday, and DH heard some of it. We have probably had 3 days max where I could say it's a proper summer's day, and I remarked to him how frustrated I was that I was going to have to resort to using the tanner and sauna ...... My damaged eye improved when I went on holiday to the sun in the winter, but I'm struggling to maintain the improvement. But the part he heard caused a shift ...... He never wants to go abroad in August ..... But he said what's to stop us going away .... He booked a week in the sun, leaving the middle of next week, based on the low quantum yield expected here. Small hotel, right on the beach, on the edge of a small fishing village. I explained heteroplasmy and he's going to watch the video right through before we go. It summarises everything I've been trying to say , but it's how Jack said it that has set off some major ripples..... (Think the talk would be a good one to add to the sticky thread for beginners in the beginners section?).

    When your brain has too many tabs open can you focus on what matters most? This is effectively what nnEMF and blue light due to a human brain. The effect is greater in a child's unmyelinated brain. It distracts it and affects performance. We need to listen to the trees as they sway in the wind and not the iPod. That natural language appears foreign to us today, but not the gestures they provide us. That version of quiet creates a focus for us. The most basic way to get someone's attention is this: Break the pattern of modern life and allow yourself to reconnect with nature to regain your focus.

    The most confused you will ever get is when you try to convince your heart and soul that something your mind knows is a lie. Today's modern world simulates this bio hack. This is why when you put a modern human back in nature even for a few hours human instincts are engaged and they sense something is happening to them. The irony is that the modern human cannot tell exactly what it is that has improved them so quickly because of the disconnection they have allowed into their life.
