ever since I got off sleeping pills....

    Hi Guys,

    Just wondering if anyone knows which is the safest melatonin supplement to take for children and adults?

    I also had trouble sleeping and took similar medications to help me fall asleep. But then I realized that giving them up would return sleep problems. It is also impossible to take such medicines constantly because, in addition to side effects, the effect of the medicines will weaken. Therefore, I gave up everything except the complex vitamins I buy in Online Pharmacy. What helped me was proper nutrition in combination with a vitamin complex, and sports also play a very important role. About 3 hours before bedtime, I go outside and work out on the horizontal bar for up to an hour and a half, then I come home, eat, wash, and I’m so tired that I can fall asleep much easier, and my sleep has become more qualitative.

    I suspect that this study is suspected.
    They used 5 mg melatonin.
    And that is almost nothing when compared to 180mg melatonin.
